Hull have completed the signing of former Derby striker Craig Fagan on a three-year contract.
The 25-year-old - who has returned for a second spell with the club which he left in 2007 - has moved to the KC Stadium in a £750,000 deal.
Frontman Fagan spent the final part of last season on loan with the Tigers and helped guide them to the Premier League for the first time in their history.
Derby boss Paul Jewell told the club's website: "Craig leaves with our best wishes and thanks for the hard work he put in at Derby.
"I don't think it's any secret that Craig wanted to make his deal permanent and I believe it's a deal that benefits all parties involved - both clubs and the player."

I am a Derby fan who is glad to see the back of Fagan. No disrespect to the lad he always put in 100% but he was just not good enough. I am suprised that Hull wanted him as I thought that they would be setting their sights higher after promotion. The premier league is the hardest league to get into and its now even harder to remain there.Dont make the same mistake Derby did you have to spend big to stay up.Sunderland spent around 35 to 40 million and survived by three points. Good luck next year to Hull I think you may need it.
