Thu 03 Jul, 06:00 PM

Huddersfield Town manager Stan Ternent has hinted at more new arrivals to boost his squad before the start of the new season.Ternent completed his third summer signing this week with Andy Butler opting to turn down a new offer from Scunthorpe and follow Jim Goodwin and Keigan Parker into the Galpharm Stadium.

Ternent, installed as Andy Ritchie's replacement in May, told the club's official website: "I'm pleased with the players I've already brought in because they give us good competition.

"Keigan and Jim give us options and Andy Butler is strong, left-sided and gives us a bit of balance.

"We got him despite a fair bit of competition, so I'm pleased, and I've still got some irons in the fire on other players we might bring in."
