Blackpool defender Stephen Crainey has set his sights on helping the club to become an established force in the Championship.The Seasiders were promoted from League One 12 months ago and have acclimatised well to life in the second tier, despite the fraught end to their campaign.

And former Leeds left-back Crainey said: "As a club, we just want to try and push on next year and hopefully we can better what we have done this year."
