Barnet have exercised their options to keep three players at the club, including top scorer and former Arsenal youngster Adam Birchall.Birchall, who scored 15 goals in 41 league and cup appearances last season, is joined by midfielders Ashley Carew and Neal Bishop in securing a further year at Underhill.

Bishop, who spent the last part of the season on the transfer list after previously stating he wanted a move away from the Bees, made 39 starts in League Two last season while Carew started 24 games.
