Dundee United manager Craig Levein has played down a training ground incident involving captain Lee Wilkie and youngster Mihael Kovacevic.Levein has confirmed Wilkie, 28, and Kovacevic, 20, clashed at the weekend but stressed flare-ups in training are not uncommon.

Kovacevic needed his eye examined after complaining of blurred vision, but Levein told the Scottish Sun: "It's not an issue. Things like this happen regularly.

"Morgaro Gomis and Jim O'Brien were at each other the previous day, it's just the way we train."
