Stockport manager Jim Gannon is refusing to co-operate with Sky Sports ahead of his side's League Two play-off final against Rochdale - because of a dispute over his defective Sky+ box.
Gannon is believed to have had problems with his personal video recorder for nine months, and is protesting against Sky's inability to correct the problem.
Meanwhile, Gannon is hoping he will have goalkeeper John Ruddy available for Monday's final.
On-loan Ruddy needs a hernia operation but Gannon is hoping he can postpone it until after the match.
The 21-year-old Everton trainee did not feature in Saturday's semi-final win over Wycombe on Saturday but Gannon hopes he will make himself available for the final.
He told the Manchester Evening News: "John has been fantastic for us ever since he's been here.
"He's had eight clean sheets in 12 games, but as each week has gone by he's been more troubled with a hernia.
"John has got a difficult decision now with him needing an operation - I hope he delays that operation and joins us at Wembley."
