Di Luca takes Giro dell'Emilia

Fofonov handed three-month dope ban

Kazakh rider Dimitri Fofonov is suspended for three months after testing positive for the stimulant heptaminol during this year's Tour de France. Fofonov said he did not know the banned substance was in a drug given to him by his doctor to fight cramp.
