Six Nations - France unchanged despite England defeat

France coach Marc Lievremont has kept the same squad for the March 12 Six Nations clash against Italy despite Saturday's 17-9 defeat to England, the French rugby federation said in a statement.

The news means back Maxime Medard, who missed the England game with injury, takes his place in the 23-man group while fly-half Francois Trinh-Duc has shrugged off a knee problem sustained at Twickenham.

France take on Italy in Rome before wrapping up the championship at home to Wales on March 19.

Forwards: Thomas Domingo, Sylvain Marconnet, Guilhem Guirado, William Servat, Luc Ducalcon, Nicolas Mas, Lionel Nallet, Jerome Thion, Julien Pierre, Julien Bonnaire, Thierry Dusautoir (captain), Sebastien Chabal, Imanol Harinordoquy.
