Neville warning for QPR

Captain Phil Neville believes Saturday's opponents QPR will see a different Everton to the one which lost to the Londoners back in August.

The Barclays Premier League newcomers pulled off a surprise 1-0 win at Goodison Park in what was the Toffees' first match of the season, having had a delayed start due to the London riots.

Much has changed since then with Neil Warnock being replaced at Loftus Road by Mark Hughes and a number of new signings arriving but the change at Goodison has been more significant.

Having begun the campaign badly the team has been transformed in the last couple of months and their form, which has taken them to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup, has improved significantly.

"It was a disastrous start to the season and we make no bones about it," Neville told evertontv. "But I think we're a different team now - I also think they're a different team - they've got a different management and different players.

"They are obviously down near the bottom and we're pushing into the top half of the table now. We've just got to make sure we recover well from the international break and from not having a game last Saturday so that we hit the ground running. We'll need to do that because QPR have got talented players, good attacking players, and we're going to have to play well to get a result."
