London 2012 - Britain win again in Poland
Britt Goodwin and Holly Lam-Moores netted seven goals apiece as Great Britain racked up their second victory in as many days at the World Championship qualification tournament in Poland, 39-20 over Cyprus.
Fresh from a thrilling 27-26 victory over Slovakia on Thursday, Great Britain were in fine form once again.
Despite defeat to Austria in their opening match in Poland on Wednesday, Jesper Holmris's side are now up to third in the five-team table and remain well-placed to reach the next stage of World Championships qualification.
Great Britain made a flying start against Cyprus and found themselves 23-10 to the good at half-time with wingers Lam-Moores and Goodwin (pictured) wreaking havoc.
Great Britain were just as dominant in the second period but victory came at a cost as line player Amondine Webb suffered a knee injury a could be out of action for three months.
But the good news is that if Slovakia can beat current group leaders Austria in their final match on Sunday, Great Britain's fate will be in their own hands, with a win over Poland giving them passage through to the next round of the World Championship.
