Muirhead's streak continues against Finland
Eve Muirhead moved joint-top of the women's rankings at the European Curling Championships as Scotland won 9-6 over Finland.
Muirhead and her team have now won five matches from six to sit alongside Russia and will look to hammer home their credentials for the next round against third ranked Sweden on Tuesday.
"Sweden will be another tough game but if we keep playing the way we are then we can't do much more," said Muirhead, the three-time world junior champion and this year's world silver medallist.
"It was another good performance against Finland, it was straightforward and we're pretty pleased with how things are looking."
However, defending champions Germany, skipped by Andrea Schöpp, will need to find their form and fast, after slipping to defeats against Sweden and Russia, which left them with just two wins from six games.
In the men's standings five teams - Denmark, Germany, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland - share the lead with four wins and one defeat.
Scotland have played five but lost three with skip Hammy McMillan slipping to a 8-6 defeat to Swiss rival Christof Schwaller.
