Kean was the surprise choice to take the Ewood Park hot seat in December after owners Venky's sacked Sam Allardyce soon after taking over taking over at the club.
Since then, Kean has taken just 23 points from 33 league games, and Rovers only just scraped Premier League survival on the final day of last season.
So far this term the club has collected just one point from their opening four games, leaving them bottom of the table ahead of the Gunners' visit for the lunchtime kick-off this Saturday.
In addition to the march, an online petition has been launched for fans to register their dissatisfaction with the Scotsman.
Organiser Glen Mullan told the Daily Mirror: "The numbers look like hitting the 1,000 mark so the fans are keen to have Steve Kean removed.
"It's going to be a peaceful march, but we want to make our point and there will be banners made. It's about time the owners listened to the fans.
"We want someone who is experienced and can relate to the fans."
