GK: Ben Foster (Birmingham)
Made a series of great saves and was dominant in his area as he prevented Wolves from handing out a derby thrashing.
An unfashionable pick, maybe, but Hutton was probably the best of the bunch in a game with more excitement than quality as Spurs held Chelsea.
CB: Nemanja Vidic (Manchester United)
A colossus at the back as United kept a clean sheet against a previously free-scoring Arsenal.
After switching from right-back following an injury to Anton Ferdinand, Onuoha was brilliant in holding back Fulham.
LB: Patrice Evra (Manchester United)
The opposite of Arsenal counterpart Gael Clichy, the Frenchman was strong in the challenge, clever in possession and incisive in his decision-making.
RM: Marc Albrighton (Aston Villa)
Electric from start to finish and set up both goals in the win against West Brom with inch-perfect crosses.
CM: Yaya Toure (Manchester City)
The midfielder produced a stunning finish for the opening goal and provided the driving run for the second in a supreme all-round display against West Ham.
CM: Stuart Holden (Bolton Wanderers)
The American's superb winning goal capped an all-action midfield performance in the win over Blackburn.
LM: David Silva (Manchester City)
The Spaniard was in fine form and set up Adam Johnson for City’s third with a wonderful pass.
FW: Stephen Ward (Wolverhampton Wanderers)
Was a constant menace to Birmingham from wide and through the middle, working hard and impressive with his delivery.
FW: Roman Pavlyuchenko (Tottenham Hotspur)
The Russian cuts a frustrating figure at times but he took his goal exceptionally well and worked surprisingly hard.Eurosport
