Hartlepool midfielder Gary Liddle is doubtful for Saturday's clash at Wycombe due to a calf injury.
Liddle sustained a knock in last week's win over Notts County and was replaced by defender Steve Haslam, so manager Neale Cooper may have to tinker with his line-up.
Cooper has no other new injury or suspension problems but striker James Poole is still unavailable.
Poole has not featured since Boxing Day due to a hamstring injury and although he returned to full training this week, Saturday will come too soon.
Strikers Colin Nish and Adam Boyd are pushing for a place in the starting line-up but teenager Luke James is expected to resume his partnership with James Brown up front.
Pools have lost only one of their last seven league games and are seven points behind sixth-placed Stevenage.
