Rangers maintained their 10 point lead at the top of the SPL after a 3-0 win over Falkirk at Ibrox.
In an open first half it was Rangers who began brighter, Walter Smith's side taking the game to bottom of the table Falkirk.
And it was the home side who took the lead on 18 minutes, midfielder, Steven Davis curling a delightful free-kick into the corner of net from 20 yards.
Eddie May's men responded well and could have had an equaliser on 26 minutes, Scott Arfield firing straight at Allan McGregor after an excellent break from the away side.
Ryan Flynn then had an effort cleared off the line as Falkirk continued to take the game to Rangers, Walter Smith's men unable to build on their early pressure.
Rangers dominated the early exchanges of the second half and should have added to their lead almost immediately, Kyle Lafferty heading wide when well placed inside the Falkirk area.
Nacho Novo then missed from seven yards after good work from Steven Whittaker on the right.
The home side finally made it 2-0 on 57 minutes, John Fleck tapping home at the far post after excellent work from Steven Davis.
Rangers then sealed the points five minutes later, Steven Whittaker bounding into the box and firing home from twelve yards to make it 3-0.
The Gers comfortably saw out the remaining 30 minutes to remain 10 points clear at the top of the table while Falkirk are rooted to the bottom on 14 points.
