Irish bookmakers Paddy Power are known for their cheeky stunts and their latest move is sure to cause a few giggles.

They have placed a David Moyes statue outside of Anfield ahead of Liverpool's clash with Chelsea on Sunday afternoon "for services to Liverpool Football Club."

The bookmakers have picked on poor Moysie all season and placed a man in a grim reaper costume near the Manchester United bench during their 2-0 defeat to Everton last weekend.

Paddy's prediction proved to be prophetic as ultimately it was Moyes's last game in charge with the Scotsman sacked earlier this week.

During his tenure in charge, Moyes turned United from champions into a side languishing in seventh position.

Liverpool on the other hand, who finished seventh last season, have flipped in the other direction and are now odds-on favourites to win their first top flight title in 24 years.
