Tottenham target Eran Zahavi nets terrific overhead kick for Maccabi Tel Aviv

Eran Zahavi did his chances of earning a move to Europe no harm after scoring a magnificent overhead kick for Maccabi Tel Aviv.

The 27-year-old has been linked with a move to Tottenham in recent weeks and has scored a goal in 16 consecutive league fixtures for his side this season.

Zahavi managed to get on the end of a pin-point cross which he somehow finished with an overhead kick against Maccabi's arch-rivals Beitar Jerusalem.

Israel international Zahavi scored 29 goals last season and has been in excellent form for club and country this campaign having scored in Israel's 3-0 victory over Bosnia & Herzegovina to secure top spot in Group B in the 2016 Euro Qualifiers.

It surely won't be long before Zahavi is playing in a major European league if he carries on with these kind of goalscoring feats.
