Can you remember West Ham winning the treble? No neither can we, so we wondered why on earth they released a t-shirt celebrating such a glorious achievement.
Then we realised that no…it was not to celebrate winning three trophies, but instead beating England's sixth best team three times last season.
Yes, West Ham's OFFICAL club store has brought out a t-shirt (and a mug) to celebrate the magnificent achievement of beating Tottenham three times in one season.
The Hammers beat Spurs home and away in the Premier League and also in the League Cup quarter-final which earned them the right to be destroyed 9-0 on aggregate by Manchester City in the semis.
Those league victories helped West Ham on their unstoppable march to, er, 13th in the table. Or 29 points behind Tottenham if you please.
It seems like a desperate move from West Ham to salvage something from a campaign that was seen as a massive disappointment by most Hammers fans.
The League position wasn't too bad, but the style of play saw many supporters calling for the head of manager Sam Allardyce, who was only then kept on after agreeing to hire Teddy Sheringham as an attacking coach while promising to play more entertaining football next season.
Their 'Treble' t-shirt though has been met with a predictable response by football fans on social media.
West Ham are selling a t-shirt celebrating 'the treble' over Spurs. http://t.co/3cjbs0b6qU. Cringeeee

Reports that West Ham have already alerted Newham Council of a potential open top bus parade next season if they finish in the top half remain unconfirmed.
