    This fantasy gameweek is rather prolonged as games are taking place on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

    As such, the injury situation may well change before the week's later games.

    However, Manchester United are playing away at Wolves on Sunday as they aim to increase their lead at the top of the table and are missing a number of players.

    Brazil international Anderson has joined the list of absentees with a knee injury that could see him sidelined for up to five weeks.

    Wolves, meanwhile, are weakened in midfield with Karl Henry and Stephen Hunt both missing out.

    Tottenham's hopes of securing a top-four finish have been hit by the news that defender Michael Dawson is unlikely to play any further part this season.

    The defender suffered serious ankle and knee injuries in the club's 3-1 win over Stevenage on Wednesday night and Harry Redknapp says it will be a "miracle" if he takes the field again before the end of the campaign.

    Tottenham are also without Tom Huddlestone for their trip to Everton on Saturday evening, although the home side are deprived of Steven Pienaar due to the conditions of his loan from Spurs.

  • Injury Report: Gameweek 27

    Steven Gerrard is a doubt for Liverpool's clash against Arsenal after the midfielder was injured after half an hour of England's friendly against Netherlands.

    The Reds captain came off in the first half of the 3-2 friendly defeat to the Dutch.

    Gerrard had played 120 minutes in the Carling Cup triumph over Cardiff on Sunday and was back at Wembley a little over 72 hours later.

    He was named in England's starting line-up but lasted just 32 minutes before coming off complaining of a hamstring problem.
