First of all, an apology that points have not been added for the Chelsea-Liverpool game.

Yahoo! is aware of the situation, and you will get your points.

Now let's take a look back at how The Fantasist's Choose 'em or Lose 'em selections got on, plus some more key performers from the weekend.

Starting in nets, Boaz Myhill (9 pts) just missed out on a clean sheet but still brought home a win and a decent return on the paltry 1.00 investment.

Hilario's performance against Liverpool won't have Petr Cech worried, but a win and a clean sheet was fine news for anyone who signed him for 4.49.

Wayne Hennessey (1.5 pts) did less well as Portsmouth finally got a win. And on the Lose 'em side, it wasn't the most imaginative call, but Paul Robinson (0 pts) did indeed cop a thrashing at Arsenal.

Johnny Heitinga (7.5 pts) managed another assist in Everton's draw against Stoke, but, alas Matthew Upson (-1 pt) and Graham Alexander (2.5 pts) did not shine.

We were right to warn you off Paul Scharner, Martin Skrtel and Nemanja Vidic though.

Into midfield, where managers were Russian to sign Diniyar Bilyaletdinov (10.5 pts) and Andrei Arshavin (14 pts) after The Fantasist's recommendation (geddit?).

Both men performed well, which is more than can be said for Michael Kightly (-2 pts), another Fantasist pick.

We were, however, right to warn you off the entire Manchester United midfield. Only Nani (a baffling 15 pts) produced any sort of return. Messrs Valencia, Carrick, Anderson, Fletcher, Scholes, Park and Giggs all got two or worse.

The Fantasist did not mention Cesc Fabregas (38.5 pts), although if you need a blog to tell you he's good there's probably not much hope for you.

Up front, Wayne Rooney (11.5 pts) was solid but unspectacular, but Alessandro Diamanti (15 pts) and David Nugent (11.5 pts) both provided excellent value for money without scoring.

The Fantasist also nailed its 'Lose 'em' selections of Fernando Torres and Jermain Defoe (3.5 pts). Just Adebayor to go, then.

Apart from Fabregas, the week's big scorers were Thomas Vermaelen (22.5 pts and on the scoresheet again) and Geovanni (20 pts) of Hull.

And hats off to anyone who gazed into their crystal ball and saw Andre Bikey's 16.5-point tour de force for Burnley.
