Arsenal surged up three places in this week's European Power Rankings following an encouraging seven days for Arsene Wenger's side.
The Gunners' stunning 2-0 victory at Bayern Munich in the Champions League was followed by another win by the same scoreline at Swansea in the Premier League.
Those two wins have done much to silence the critics - for the time being at least - and Arsenal's ability to counter-punch when on the ropes is reflected in our rankings as they rise to 14th with a whopping 100-point haul for the week.
As much at that result in Munich did for Arsenal, it went the other way for Bayern, who drop 62 points and fall back a place to fourth. Manchester United, 1-0 winners over Reading at the weekend, reclaim third.
Manchester City drop a place too, Borussia Dortmund the team to capitalise on the Premier League champions' slip-up at Everton, who are now just outside the top 20; the Toffees' thrilling 2-0 win at Goodison Park saw them rise six places to 22nd.
Meanwhile Atletico Madrid rise to seventh from ninth after a 2-0 with at Osauna in La Liga.
Tottenham are the week's biggest losers, dropping 73 points after a thumping by Inter Milan in the Europa League was followed by a surprise 1-0 defeat to Fulham in the Premier League. Spurs only drop one place, however, to 17th.

HOW IT WORKS
To determine our Power Rankings, we use the Euro Club Index, which scientifically analyses hundreds of thousands of matches from the top divisions in all European nations as well as Europa League and Champions League games.
The Index takes into account all matches played over an eight-year period but with recent results carrying more weight than older ones.
The performance of a league's teams in the Champions League and Europa League reflects the rise or fall of the sporting level in that league.
So, for example, if English teams perform well in Europe, all Premier League teams receive a small bonus in their ECI score. The ranking and its predictive power are thus made even more accurate.
