We've all enjoyed looking through the official World Cup shirts for this summer's tournament, and some are much better than others.

But no team would dare bring out a design such as the one making this t-shirt a very bold talking point in the lead up to the festival of football in Brazil.

Without trying to explain something that is close to inexplicable, Rio Report simply says, take it away Donatella...

"To celebrate the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil, Donatella Versace has created a special t-shirt that combines the passions of football with the vivid iconography of the Versace DNA," a description on the official website reads.

"A brand new Versace baroque print is created using the colors of a Brazilian carnival, decorated with repeated images footballs and flowers.

"Gold chains and leopard print add luxury, while silhouettes of football players connect the glamour of Versace with the sportsmanship of Brazil."

Is that all? No? No...!

"At the heart of the t-shirt is the iconic Medusa head, with a special Versace rock twist."

Wow. Just, wow.

Before any fans wishing to make a dubious and incredibly punchy fashion statement flock on to the website to purchase one, it may be worth taking a little look at the not-too-tiny price tag.

Yes, that's right - this t-shirt, that would look at home on a rack at the back of a charity shop, costs £410.

So, admire the design from afar - it's probably safest.
