Celtic are famed for their green and white hooped jersey so it might come as some surprise to see their new AWAY kit is a hooped effort with plenty of....well green and white in it.
The new shirt is white with silver grey hoops, separated by think green lines, and also has prominent green sleeves.
The jersey is described by the club as "a modern take on the world famous hoops".
However, the choice of colours has been greeted with a mixed response from fans on the internet with Twitter user hiranom20 saying "Celtic's new away jersey can pass for a home kit".
DropGoal66 added on the Soccerbible website: "Oh yes, a white and green away shirt! In case they play a team whose kit clashes with their home shirt of white and green - oh...hang on..."
However, plenty of fans have given their backing to the new design.
"Think it's an absolute cracker of a top, best away top in a long time," said chooper_18 on popular Celtic message board Kerrydale Street.
The Celtic third shirt for next season has also caused a mixed reaction after being dubbed "the bumblebee kit".
