Marathon man Mo Farah has two wax figures to go with his two Olympic golds but he isn't likely to be running the distance between them any time soon.
The two wax figures are around 250 miles apart with one given pride of place in Madame Tussauds in London, and the other taking up residence in their Blackpool branch.
According to Madame Tussaud's official website: "The British track and field World Champion will be portrayed in his trademark “Mobot” pose, and will take up residence in the interactive sports zones at both attractions.
"Here in London he'll join fellow Olympians Usain Bolt, Tom Daley and Jessica Ennis and in Blackpool he'll be in the company of international stars Tiger Woods and Lewis Hamilton."
British Olympic athlete Mo Farah poses with two waxworks, one will be displayed in London and the other in Blackpool at Madame Tussauds, in London April 14.
Farah - who clocked two hours eight minutes 21 seconds to finish eighth in Sunday's London Marathon - said: “I saw Usain Bolt’s wax figure at the Anniversary Games (in London) last year and couldn’t believe how brilliant it was.
"I said then that I’d love one of my own and I’m so excited that it’s now really happening. I cannot wait to meet both of my doubles!”
The Blackpool figure was commissioned after a poll saw Farah top a list of popular Olympians.
"We polled guests to find out which Olympian they wanted to see featured here at Madame Tussauds Blackpool and the response was overwhelmingly in favour of Mo," said Matthew Titherington, General Manager at Madame Tussauds in Blackpool.
"We know our visitors will grab the chance to measure up to him and try out their own Mobots!"
