When is Champions League last-16 draw? UK start time as Chelsea, Tottenham, Liverpool and Man City await fate

The Champions League draw takes place today as Europe’s heavyweight elite await their last-16 fate.

All four English teams are through, with Chelsea, Manchester City and Tottenham winning their respective groups - so earning a coveted seeding - while Liverpool finished as runners-up behind Napoli.

City remain favourites to win the competition, though the likes of Bayern Munich and Real Madrid will likely have something to say about that.
