Pernille Harder’s second-half strike earned Chelsea their first victory of this season’s Champions League group stage as they beat Juventus 2-1 in Turin. The Blues reached last year’s final, where they were hammered by Barcelona, but needed a late equaliser from Harder to avoid defeat and rescue a 3-3 draw in their opening group game against German side Wolfsburg. Erin Cuthbert had given Chelsea the lead after half an hour but it lasted just six minutes before Barbara Bonansea volleyed the hosts level.
