    • Leeds United
    • - That's it from the Madejski Stadium, and, for the first time in six years, the Royals are top of the Championship.
    • 45+4 Reading playing keep ball now as the half enters it last few seconds.
    • 90+1 Five minutes of added time in Berkshire.
    • 90' That's the three points and Reading to the summit of the league. Roberts receives the ball from Leigertwood before swivelling and striking low towards goal. Lonergan looks to have it covered but Le Fondre gets a foot to it to give Reading all three points.
    • 88' Leeds have had the better chances in the second half but this win will put the Royals top for the first time this season.
    • 86' Jason Roberts cuts inside but his effort is always rising.
    • 83' But the forward is not to be denied. Robson-Kanu heads a deep Kebe cross back across goal and Le Fondre forces it over the line from no more than a yard. 1-0.
    • 82' Sub Le Fondre has the ball in the back of the net but it is disallowed as the forward went a moment too soon to follow up McAnuff's deflected shot. Offside.
    • 81' Leigertwood does well to remain composed on the edge of the box to evade a couple of challenges - but he spoils it by blazing over.
    • 79' Pearce thought he had given the hosts the lead but having beaten Lonergan with the header, Bromby manages somehow to scramble it off the line. Big, big moment.
    • 76' A free-kick for Leeds brings some respite to what has been a hectic ten or fifteen minutes. McCormack 's effort is straight at Federici but it has some power and the keeper spills it before recovering.
    • 72' Gilt-edged chance for Snodgrass, McCormack cuts in from the right, beats two men before laying the ball off to an unmarked Snodgrass but he can't beat Federici from just shy of the penalty spot.
    • 70' McCormack capitalises on a slip in the Reading defence to slip past a couple of challenges before striking the post from just outside the area. This is a tense, finely poised game of football.
    • 68' Reading make a sub as they look to put further pressure on the Leeds defence. Le Fondre for Hunt.
    • 65' Reading are having the lion's share of possession but are struggling to find the final ball - it is either errant or charged down, while Leeds continue to defend well.
    • 62' The home fans are in full voice as Noel Hunt gets in behind the Leeds back four - his cross is blocked for a throw and Leeds defend it pretty well.
    • 60' Pearce peels off to the back post but can only head a deep free-kick over the bar. Decent chance.
    • 58' Danny Pugh, who should have been sent off in the first half for a scandalous challenge on Karacan, is at it again and this time he completely cleans out McAnuff. He is duly in the referee's note book. Delivery is easily cleared.
    • 56 Roberts finds Robson-Kanu bearing down on goal and with only one man to beat but having evaded the challenge the substitute overruns the ball. Goal-kick.
    • 55' Harte's corner is easily cleared. Reading are really, really cranking up the pressure.
    • 52' Roberts contniues to make strides down the channels and wins another corner.
    • 50' Becchio on without a doubt is all over Bruce in the box - and the referee inexplicably doesn't give it. Clear penalty.
    • 48' Snodgrass's effort flat and straight causes Federici to scramble to push it around the post.
    • 46' Leeds United get the second half underway and it is an early free-kick for Leeds over what can only be described as a robust challenge on Becchio. Decent opportunity from about thirty yards out and left of centre.
    • - Reading and Leeds are out for the second half - one feels that if Kebe can get into the game a little more then Reading willl have a better chance of coming through this game with a win.
    • 45+4 Kebe is getting some joy down the right as the half comes to a close, but, this time having found space, his cross is cut out for a corner. Harte's delivery is over-hit. And that's it from the first half.
    • 45+3 Late chance of the half for Reading - but Roberts just can't get his head to Jimmy Kebe's testing cross.
    • 45+1 Three minutes of added time at the Madejski Stadium.
    • 45' Leeds are awarded a free-kick some thirty yards out and right of centre but Snodgrass's powerfully struck effort is straight at the wall.
    • 43' The importance of this game cannot be understated with matches against Brighton and Hove Albion and Southampton next up.
    • 41' Leeds have, in fairness to them, done incredibly well to contain the Royals.
    • 39' Robson-Kanu is on for the perennially fouled Karacan.
    • 38' Karacan is again on the end of some heavy handed treatment from the Yorkshire side - Michael Brown takes the ball cleanly enough but follows through with what can only be described a scissor motion.
    • 36' Harte whips two corners in. The first is easily cleared but the second looks to have come from the training ground - but Noel Hunt gets in his own mans way - McAnuff - and the ball drifts out of play for a goal kick.
    • 34' Again Roberts makes a nuisance of himself and latches onto a ball in the left channel. He shifts the ball right to give himself half a yard but his cross is blocked. Lonergan looks to prevent the corner Reading have a corner.
    • 32' McAnuff receives the ball in the left channel, cuts inside and looks to whip the ball into the top corner but it is always rising.
    • 30' Leeds are doing well to press high up the pitch but Reading, with Leigertwood, spring in behind the visitors back four. The midfielder looks up and attempts to cross but it is blocked with what Leigertwood claims is a hand. Not much interest shown from Darren Drysdale.
    • 28' Ross McCormack has a glimpse of goal from a tight angle and thrashes his effort across the face of Adam Federici's six-yard box - worth an effort, but never threatening.
    • 26' Noel Hunt again rises high to challenge for a bouncing ball - this time with Lonergan and although the keeper spills it, Darren Drysdale adjudges that Hunt had infringed.
    • 23' Could have been another red for Leeds there - incredible. Pugh is two-footed again on Karacan and you have to feel that if Thompson wasn't already sent off then Pugh would have gone.
    • 20' Jason Roberts is having an absolute field day out there, he out-muscles the first man before a tremendous challenge from Pugh denies him a strike at goal from the edge of the box.
    • 17' We're having some tech issues but bear with us - the updates will be live in a minute or two!!
    • 15' Reading turning the screw but Leeds are employing some old school time wasting tactics - Brown receives minimal contact and he is down and rolling around.
    • 12' That has made things a lot, lot harder for the visitors. Zac Thompson scythes down Karacan and there is a bit of a melee before Darren Drysdale intervenes and produces the red card.
    • 10' Becchio has a sight of goal from distance but it is always rising.
    • 8' Reading are building some real momentum now - and they create two quick-fire efforts but some desperate defending from the visitors prevent the hosts from taking the lead.
    • 5' Reading play a very compact, pressing intense brand of football and, as it stands, Leeds United are having all kinds of problems coming to terms with it.
    • 3' Leeds need six wins from their last six games to have a realistic hope of the play-offs but Reading have started the brighter.
    • 2' Noel Hunt rises highest to meet a switch of play but can only head over the bar of Andy Lonergan. Immense leap from the Irishman, who towered over the far larger Robinson at the back post.
    • 1' Roberts taps it to Karacan and just like that we're underway.
    • 13.50 Reading: Federici, Cummings, Pearce, Gorkss, Harte, Kebe, Karacan, Leigertwood, McAnuff, Roberts, Hunt. Subs: McCarthy, Le Fondre, Church, Robson-Kanu, Mullins. /// Leeds: Lonergan, Bromby, Bruce, Lees, Robinson, Snodgrass, Brown, Thompson, Pugh, McCormack, Becchio. Subs: Rogers, Paynter, Forssell, Webber, Taylor.
    • 13.45 Team news: O'Dea will serve the second game of a two-match ban for reaching 10 yellow cards for the season, Connolly misses one game after his dismissal in last week's defeat to Watford and Clayton faces a two-match ban following his 10th booking of the campaign in the same match. White is unlikely to feature again this season after sustaining an ankle injury against Watford and with two unnamed players suffering from a virus this week, Warnock will be struggling to name a 16-man squad.
    • 13.40 Team news: Leeds manager Neil Warnock will be forced into a defensive reshuffle. Defenders Darren O'Dea and Paul Connolly, plus midfielder Adam Clayton are suspended, while winger Aidy White could be ruled out for the rest of the season due to an ankle injury.
    • 13.35 Team news: Reading midfielder Jay Tabb is a doubt, however, after damaging a rib in a tackle with Julien Faubert in the win over the Hammers. Joseph Mills is working his way back to full fitness following a quad problem and will not play a part, while right-back Matthew Connolly continues to miss out with his ankle injury. Adam Le Fondre missed the trip to London last weekend because of a knee complaint, but could be handed a recall, while reserve goalkeeper Mikkel Andersen remains sidelined.
    • 13.30 Team news: Reading hope to include Jem Karacan and Jimmy Kebe in their matchday squad. Karacan broke his nose in the 4-2 victory at West Ham last time out, while Kebe suffered from the onset of cramp, and neither lasted the full 90 minutes at Upton Park but both players could feature against the Whites.
    • 13.25 Team news to follow but a couple of stats for you: five wins from six will secure promotion to the Premier League while victory here today will move the Royals to the top of the table for the first time this season.
    • 13.00 First up at two o'clock, victory for Reading against Leeds will see the in-form Royals to the top the table - at least until Southampton entertain second from bottom Portsmouth tomorrow.
