West Ham ‘will be feared’ in Europa League after perfect start to group, says Jarrod Bowen

West Ham moved six points clear at the top of Group H with three games to play and look comfortable at this new level so far.

David Moyes’ side captalised on Rapid Vienna’s win over Dinamo Zagreb with a 3-0 victory at home to Genk to move six points clear in Group H. While the first-half performance was somewhat laboured, two goals in as many minutes after the interval following Craig Dawson’s opener just before it made it a relatively easy evening for West Ham.

West Ham can dream big as waltz towards Europa League knockouts continues

Not for the first time since the return of David Moyes, West Ham are having to reassess what might be possible this season. The Hammers, new to the Europa League group stages, have three comfortable wins from three without a goal in reply after despatching Genk with minimal fuss to move six points clear in the group and within touching distance of the knockout stages.
