    • 90+4' Donaldson looks to have got in behind the Yeovil defence but the assistant raises his flag for offside. Lots of nervous faces in the Yeovil end.
    • 90+3' Yeovil head clear as the ball is lofted into the box. Brentford getting desperate now.
    • 90+2' Saunders rifles a shot well over the bar from 20 yards as Brentford push for that equaliser.

    • 88' Hayter is replaced by Matt Dolan as Yeovil make a late change.
    • 86' Time running out for Brentford - who missed automatic promotion in the final seconds of the regular season.
    • 84' Adeyemi is down in the box, apparently injured, but will need a replay to see what happened there.
    • 83' GOOD SAVE! Wright-Phillips hits a volley on the spin and Stech dives to his left to keep it out.
    • 82' Brentford make a third change as Diagouraga is replaced by Paul Hayes.
    • 80' Yeovil, as things stand, will reach the second tier of English football for the first time in their history.
    • 79' We could be set for a tense conclusion here at Wembley - Brentford look the more likely side to score at the moment.
    • 77' Change for Yeovil as McAllister is replaced in defence by Vitalijs Maksimenko.
    • 75' AWFUL DECISION! Dawson is brought to ground by a clumsy challenge in the box but incredibly the referee decides he has dived and it's a booking! A clear pen though.
    • 74' Yeovil aim for Burn in the box but Moore races off his line to grab the ball out of the air.
    • 72' Forshaw crosses from the left and tries to pick out Donaldson but the Yeovil defence closes ranks.
    • 70' Saunders stands over a free-kick on the right wing but his delivery is floated up for Stech.
    • 69' Upson goes into the book for a messy tackle in midfield.
    • 68' CHANCE! Forshaw plays a neat one-two before getting a low shot away but Stech is equal to it. Encouraging for Brentford.
    • 68' Here's a change for Brentford as Forrester is replaced by Sam Saunders.
    • 67' Webster is penalised for a push at the corner as the ball comes into the box.
    • 66' A rare attack from Yeovil releases a bit of pressure and it's a corner...
    • 64' CHANCE! Donaldson gets a header to a corner and after it is kept out on the line, Wright-Phillips can't turn the loose ball home.
    • 63' Trotta didn't have much joy in attack so the change makes sense for Brentford.
    • 62' Bradley Wright-Phillips comes on for Trotta in attack.
    • 60' Brilliant. Logan chases a ball out of play and accidentally kicks it into the face of his manager Rosler.
    • 59' Now it's Yeovil who look a bit short of ideas.
    • 58' Trotta puts Webster under pressure facing his own goal but the striker gives him an easy out when kicking the Yeovil defender.
    • 57' Brentford have had 60 per cent of possession in the second half. A vastly improved display from Rosler's men.
    • 56' Madden looks as though he will be okay though. Just had to shake it off.
    • 55' Madden is down injured, clutching his leg. He took a big hit from Dean and that could be a dead leg.
    • 54' Uwe Rosler applauds on the touchline as Donaldson only just fails to keep the ball in play. Better from Brentford.
    • 53' Donaldson dribbles with intent and finds himself 25 yards from goal but a Yeovil defender sticks out a leg to deny the forward.
    • 52' That was slack marking from Yeovil and now Brentford are firmly back in the game.
    • 51' GOAL! Brentford 1-2 Yeovil! A corner drifts in from the right and Dean slams a header past Stech!
    • 50' Tony Craig heads away from a cross from the right as Yeovil hold firm at the back.
    • 48' Brentford have settled down after that decent start. More of the same from them.
    • 46' A more purposeful start to this half from Brentford as Donaldson drifts a shot off target in the opening seconds.
    • 46' KICK OFF!
    • 45+5' HALF TIME. Yeovil in firm control thanks to goals from Madden and Hayter.
    • 45+4' McAllister lines up a free-kick from 35 yards and hits the target with his low effort. But Moore has no problem gathering the ball.
    • 45+3' CHANCE! Brentford have their first proper attempt as Jake Bidwell hangs in a cross from the left and Trotta powers a header at goal, only for Stech to catch it in rather spectacular fashion.
    • 45+1' Edwards floats a cross into the box but he puts too much on it and the ball goes behind for a goal-kick.
    • 45' We will have four added minutes thanks to the McAllister injury.
    • 44' Yeovil in firm control then. There's been few chances but Gary Johnson's side have taken theirs.
    • 43' Replays show that Hayter did indeed get the last touch, forcing the ball over the line just before Adeyemi cleared.
    • 42' GOAL! Brentford 0-2 Yeovil! Daniel Burn heads in at the back post from a corner and it sneaks over the line! James Hayter appears to get the final, faint touch though.
    • 41' Lovely work from Sam Foley as he surges down the left and delivers a cross that is cleared behind for a corner.
    • 40' Kevin Dawson looks to have committed a handball in midfield but gets away with it.
    • 39' Yeovil float a corner in from the right and Byron Webster rises highest at the back post to head across goal. However, there's only Brentford shirts in attendance as the Bees clear.
    • 38' Forrester has been Brentford's most lively player. Forshaw has had quite a quiet afternoon by his standards.
    • 37' Forrester finds a pocked of space and dinks a high ball into the box. For a second it looks as though it could be heading for the top corner but Stech watches the flight.
    • 35' Adam Forshaw whips in a free-kick from the left for Brentford but Stech comes off his line to pluck it out of the air.
    • 34' Trotta has hardly had a touch in attack for Brentford - they need to find the on-loan Fulham man more often.
    • 32' Neither goalkeeper has had much to do since the goal in truth - not a classic. And this after a terrible League Two final yesterday.
    • 30' Brentford keeper Moore collides with Edward Upson when challenging for an aerial ball and appears to hurt his arm. After a grimace he is okay to carry on.
    • 29' Forrester is a talented little player but he throws a strop when a decision goes against him. Fairly embarrassing.
    • 27' Madden brings down Forrester 40 yards from goal and then Ayling turns the ball behind from the free-kick to give Brentford a corner.
    • 26' A waste of a free-kick as it's floated up to Moore in goal.
    • 24' Adeyemi brings down Kevin Dawson to concede a free-kick near the centre circle. He looks angry at the award but it was a clumsy piece of play.
    • 23' Forrester tries a training-ground routine from the corner but it goes horribly wrong and Yeovil take the ball away.
    • 22' Harry Forrester stands over the set-piece and curls it in well enough but there's too much elevation on the ball and Marek Stech grabs it at the back post.
    • 21' Trotta wins a free-kick in an advanced position on the left when Luke Ayling clatters into him.
    • 20' Another supreme pass from Diagouraga in the Brentford midfield. He has shown a touch of class so far today.
    • 19' The game is descending into a bit of an uninspiring affair. Few chances as possession is gifted away too easily.
    • 17' Tom Adeyemi concedes a foul when bringing his man to ground in rather uncompromising fashion.
    • 15' Shaleum Logan bombs down the flank from right-back and hangs a cross into the middle but it drifts over the bar. A bit of a waste.
    • 14' Gary Johnson will be pleased with Yeovil's efforts so far. They've looked the more dangerous side even taking the goal out of the equation.
    • 13' Brentford try to feed Trotta from the left but don't quite pull the cross off properly. Now a threaded ball for Donaldson is intercepted.
    • 12' Brentford have been very quiet so far. They've struggled to mount any meaningful attacks.
    • 10' Yeovil take control early on and they will hope to kill this game off as Bradford did yesterday when racing into a 3-0 lead by half-time of their final against Northampton.
    • 8' Now Toumani Diagouraga spreads the ball to the left wing with a pass off the outside of his boot. What a show of technique.
    • 7' Madden had gone six games without a goal but he's turned it on when it really mattered. Fantastic finish.
    • 6' GOAL! Brentford 0-1 Yeovil! A delightful finish from Madden off the outside of his boot! The ball deflected into the striker's path and he curled the ball out of the reach of Simon Moore and into the top corner.
    • 5' CHANCE! After the ball breaks free in the box Patrick Madden spins sharply and gets a shot away, only to see it blocked by a sliding Brentford defender.
    • 4' It's a lengthy stoppage as Yeovil check McAllister's cheekbone but it looks as though he will be fine to continue.
    • 3' Replays show McAllister was caught by the leading arm of Clayton Donaldson as the striker leapt for an aerial ball. His nose looks tender and his vision is being tested.
    • 2' Yeovil skipper Jamie McAllister gets a knock to the face early on and he needs treatment.
    • 1' KICK OFF!
    • 13:30 Here come the players and now it's time for the national anthem at the national stadium. Looks like there's less fans in today than there was yesterday for the League Two final.
    • 13:25 Andy D’Urso has been appointed as the referee. Derek Eaton and Alan Young will be his assistants, while Graham Scott has been named as the fourth official. John Hopkins is the reserve assistant referee.
    • 13:20 Gary Johnson has a fully fit Yeovil squad and retains the team that beat Sheffield United 2-0 some 13 days ago. Defensive trio Byron Webster, Jamie McAllister and Dan Burn all returned from injury to feature in the semi-finals against the Blades and start.
    • 13:15 The Bees have also secured an extension to Jake Bidwell's loan stay from Everton, allowing him to play in showpiece at Wembley. The 20-year-old played both legs of the semi-final victory against Swindon and will start at left-back. Back-up goalkeeper Richard Lee remains sidelined after a shoulder operation and defender Scott Barron is recovering from hip surgery.
    • 13:10 Uwe Rosler has no new injury worries so keeps the team that drew 3-3 with Swindon in the semi-final second leg. So the likes of captain Kevin O'Connor, fellow midfielder Jonathan Douglas, winger Sam Saunders and striker Bradley Wright-Phillips are not in the starting XI.
    • 13:05 TEAMS: Brentford: Moore, Forshaw, Craig, Dean, Donaldson, Trotta, Adeyemi, Logan, Forrester, Diagouraga, Bidwell. /// Yeovil: Stech, Ayling, Burn, Webster, McAllister, Foley, Upson, Edwards, Dawson, Madden, Hayter.
    • 13:00 Midfielder Toumani Diagouraga has an extra incentive to impress as Brentford head to Wembley. The 25-year-old's family will travel over from Paris to see him play at Wembley just as they did two years ago - when he was sent off as the Bees crashed to a 1-0 loss against Carlisle in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy final. "I don't think it can get any worse than that, so hopefully it will be better today," he said.
    • 12:55 Yet Johnson's pre-match plans were almost unravelled by his top scorer's driving ability earlier this week. When 23-goal Paddy Madden was reversing from his parking space after training, he failed to realise Fulham loanee Dan Burn's leg was still outside the passenger door. But the damage was just a tyre mark up an angry team-mate's leg, much to the relief of their manager. "He nearly put our centre half out of action with a bad bit of driving," said Johnson.
    • 12:50 Yeovil boss Gary Johnson has been "brainwashing" his players to get their mindset right. The 57-year-old, back with a second spell with the Glovers, has been telling his squad about the pain of play-off final defeat, having been 90 minutes away from the Premier League with Bristol City in 2008. "Brainwashing does sound illegal but what it is is having everyone thinking the same," he said. "They've got to be committed to the cause and behind the tactics and believe in them."
    • 12:45 Yeovil look to clinch promotion to the second tier of English football for the first time in their history but Brentford stand in their way.
