    • Real Betis
    • 90+4' The final whistle goes and Getafe have simultaneously got their first win of the season and ended Betis's 100 per cent record! Betis remain top of the table, though, while Getafe move out of the bottom three.
    • 90+3' Goitia hoofs a long ball forward nd it's kitchen sink time for Betis. Pereira catches Valera late and Getafe win a free-kick. That should be that.
    • 90+1' We're in the first of three minutes of added time now. Can Getafe hold on for their first win of the season?
    • 90' Benat hits a strike from distance that's bound for the top corner.... Great save from Moya! He might have just secured all three points for Getafe with that save!
    • 89' Pereira tries a snap shot on the edge of the box after being teed up but it's blocked. Late pressure from the league leaders.
    • 88' Benat's delivery is an easy catch for Moya. Not what Betis needed there.
    • 87' Valera gets booked for a foul on Vadillo. The teenager was sandwiched between the right-back and Sarabia.
    • 86' God build-up around the box from Betis and Santa Cruz turns Cata diaz with ease and shoots... the strike is right at Moya and it's an easy save. Not a great night for Santa Cruz, it must be said, but there is still time left.
    • 84' Lovely first touch from Vadillo as he cuts in from the left and blazes a shot over the bar. The reasons for the comparisons in Andalucia to Joaquin, another former Betis prodigy, are self-evident.
    • 83' Now Diego Castro goes into the book for handball after he went down and handled the ball expecting a whistle that never comes.
    • 82' Betis substitute Molina is given a booking for a foul on Sarabia. Very soft yellow card.
    • 81' Confusion in the Getafe box almost leads to a Betis chance, but the home side play their way out of trouble. This game definitely has the feel of another goal being scored before the end.
    • 79' A great ball sets Miku away down the left. He spies the run of Sarabia into the box, but the ball across is cut out by Goitia.
    • 77' Getafe substitution: Michel replaces Pedro Leon.
    • 76' Great one-two between Castro and Sarabia has the former in the box at a wide angle... his low strike for the far corner is saved by Goitia's legs!
    • 75' A better delivery from Leon this time, but it's a Betis head that gets to it first and the danger is cleared.
    • 74' The tempo is being raised now as the substitutes for both sides settle into the game. Pedro Leon wins a free-kick on the right.
    • 72' Alvaro Vadillo is Betis's youngest-ever player, making his debut last month at the age of just 16.
    • 71' Betis substitution: Vadillo replaces Jefferson Monteiro.
    • 70' it is Getafe who are the ones looking jaded now, as Betis have more zip and vigour about their play now.
    • 69' Getafe substitution: Barrada is replaced by Sarabia.
    • 68' Decent cross from Nacho bound for Santa Cruz, whose header rebounds off Lopo and Getafe survive!
    • 67' Getafe substitution: Guiza is repalced by Miku.
    • 65' Pereira bears down on goal and draws a fine save from Moya! Nice ball through the defence to set up that chance.
    • 63' Chica's cross is met by a decent header from Molina, but it's glanced wide of the far post. Moya was across and looked to have it covered. That has to go down as a chance for the substitute.
    • 62' Betis are working their way back into this game. They are certainly having the better of it in midfield at the moment.
    • 60' Goitia gets down low to grasp at Pedro Leon's cross but he only tips it towards a blue shirt. Fortunately for him his defenders can scramble it clear before Getafe can get a shot away past the prone keeper.
    • 59' Betis fail to make goos use of a set piece once again. Neither side has done well with dead balls so far tonight.
    • 58' Awkward clearance from Cata Diaz and it's another corner for Betis. Mane is booked, presumably for dissent.
    • 57' Getafe manage to clear their lines eventually, but Betis build again. Pereira's cross is caught by Moya.
    • 56' Molina makes an instant impact as he forces Valera into conceding a corner. Betis waste it by playing short but they have a throw. The players who came up for the corner stay up the field.
    • 55' Betis substitution: Molina replaces Sevilla. A striker for a midfielder.
    • 54' Getafe beginning to turn the screw on their visitors again. not sure if it's fatigue or a lack of confidence that has crept into the Betis side, but they don't look at the races at the moment.
    • 53' Nacho blocks Barrada's cross but only at the expense of a throw rather than a corner.
    • 51' Santa Cruz plays a one-two with Sevilla but the Paraguayan is crowded out inside the box. Castro helps out at the back and shields the ball from Pereira for a goal kick.
    • 50' Monteiro fouls Barrada. Getafe send men forward but again Pedro Leon's ball in is disappointing.
    • 49' Monteiro has a pop from range that flies well wide. The Ecuadorean is claiming a corner but nothing doing.
    • 47' Getafe win a corner right from the kick-off. Pedro Leon's delivery is poor but it deflects off a defender for another corner. The second set piece is cleared comfortably.
    • 46' The second half is underway! Remember, all of Betis’ league goals at Getafe have come in the second half. They will have to do so again if they are to salvage something from this game.
    • 45+1' The half-time whistle goes, and Getafe take a lead they deserve on the balance of play. They look good value for a first win of the season.
    • 45' Iriney cynically brings down Guiza in the centre circle, and that's another booking.
    • 44' Diego Castro helps with defensive duties as Getafe look to quell a Betis rally before half-time.
    • 42' Pedro Leon gets his cross in but it's behind Guiza. The striker still gets his head to it but can only send the ball away from goal.
    • 41' Pedro Leon barges Nacho over from behind and gets a deserved booking. Pretty needless, really...
    • 40' This is a bit better from Betis. Whenever they can get the ball to Sevilla you get the feeling something could happen.
    • 39' Nacho brings the ball forward for Betis. He plays the ball inside for Sevilla, who plays a return pass through the defence but Nacho did not continue his run into the box.
    • 38' More Getafe pressure as Betis struggle to clear Guiza's cross. They get away with a free-kick.
    • 36' Referee Turienzo Alvarez has shown the most yellow cards in La Liga so far (17). Alvarez was the referee when El Geta suffered their biggest-ever home defeat in the top flight: 4-0 vs Real Sociedad last season.
    • 35' Jefferson Monteiro collides with Valera on the edge of the box as he tries to meet the return pass of a one-two. It seemed pretty clear that he was blocked off by the Getafe right-back, but the referee waves play on.
    • 34' Betis really having to ride out a lot of pressure at the moment. After a strong start the home side are taking control. How will Betis respond?
    • 33' Great chance for two for Getafe as Valera charges down the right and hits a low ball across the box, only for the retreating Chica to hack clear before it finds the blue shirt at the far post!
    • 32' That goal is Diego Castro's first for Getafe since his summer move from Sporting, and it's also the first for Getafe by anyone other than Miku!
    • 31' GOAL!! Diego Castro gives Getafe the lead! Valera's cross from the right goes over everyone and lands at the feet of the unmarked Castro, who unleashes a fearsome strike that hits the roof of the net!
    • 29' Pereira has a pop from distance and the strike canons off of Cata Diaz and away. Diaz must have felt that!
    • 28' Guiza is onside this time and he lays the ball off the Castro. Betis are back in numbers quickly and snuff out the move.
    • 26' The flag goes up against Guiza as he runs on to another ball over the top. That was marginal at best.
    • 25' The free-kick should be a simple clearance, but Matilla makes a hash of it and Betis remain under pressure.
    • 24' Guiza is fouled by Doardo near the corner flag. Getafe send plenty forward for the free-kick.
    • 23' Only Real Madrid have scored more away goals than Real Betis in the league this season (four).
    • 21' You can certainly see why Getafe boss Plaza believes his team deserve more than the solitary point they have earned thus far. His team have been the equals of Betis so far in this game.
    • 20' Goitia has to be off his line quickly to block Pedro Leon as he reaches a long ball and tries to lift it over the keeper. Leon gets to the loose ball but he's sent away from goal. The eventual cross is caught by the keeper.
    • 19' Juan Valera spies Castro's run and floats in a terrific diagonal ball. The Betis defence is caught completely off guard, but fortunately for them Castro can't meet the cross with a telling touch!
    • 17' Goitia attracts some impatient moans from the home crowd as he dithers over a goal kick before placing the ball elsewhere in the six-yard box. He'll surely only get away with that once before he gets a booking for time wasting.
    • 16' Nacho's cross causes problems in the Getafe box as Lopo fails to clear, but the ball bounces away from Santa Cruz.
    • 15' Barada nips down the left wing to latch on to a weighted pass, but his cross is headed clear of the Betis box unchallenged.
    • 14' Jefferson Monteiro is brought down by Cata Diaz. The delivery into the Getafe box is claimed by Moya.
    • 13' Getafe have conceded just one goal in total in their last eight league wins at home.
    • 11' Good run down the left channel by Castro. He cuts in and has the chance to shoot, but instead tries to sneak a ball through for Dani Guiza that runs to the keeper.
    • 10' The free-kick is from distance, but that doesn't stop Pedro Leon having a pop at goal with a Ronaldo-style hit. Goiatia is more than equal to it.
    • 9' No-nonsense Betis defender Mario gets the game's first booking for a shove in the back on Pedro Leon.
    • 8' Beits certainly playing like a team sitting top of the league at the moment. Sevilla nutmegs his marker but the ball pinged out wide to Pereira is a little too heavy.
    • 7' Played short and back to Nacho, who'se dink over the defence is too long for its intended target. A little too convulated, that set-piece routine.
    • 6' Javi Chica's cross from deep wins Betis their first corner of the game.
    • 4' Neat and swift one-touch play through the midfield from Getafe. Pedro Leon runs at the defence and has a strike from the edge of the box that goes wide! That's promising from Pedro Leon, who has struggled to recapture the form that saw him poached from Getafe by Real Madrid just over a year ago.
    • 3' Salva Sevilla swings in a devilish delivery from deep on the right and it flashes across the box before Santa Cruz can get a touch! Early warning signs for Getafe.
    • 2' An early free-kick is won by Betis out on the right flank. The Andalucians certainly know how to use set pieces.
    • 1' The match is underway at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez!

    • 19:55 Betis again start with on-loan striker Roque Santa Cruz for the trip to Madrid after the Paraguayan recovered from a knock. Goalkeeper Casto is suspended following his red card in the 4-3 win over Real Zaragoza last time out. Striker Ruben Castro is injured.
    • 19:50 Goalkeeper Oscar Ustari and midfielder Jaime Gavilan are still yet to make an appearance this season for Getafe as both are ruled out through injury. Left-back Tsepo Masilela joins that pair on the sidelines after he picked up an injury just 32 minutes into the 1-0 defeat at Espanyol last Thursday. However, both midfielder Pedro Leon and striker Adrian Colunga are both fit again and are in the matchday squad.
    • 19:45 Getafe: Moya; Valera, Cata Diaz, Lopo, Mané; Ruben Perez, Lacen; Pedro Leen, Barrada, Diego Castro, Guiza /// Real Betis: Goitia; Chica, Mario, Dorado, Nacho; Salva Sevilla, Iriney, Matilla, Jefferson Montero; Santa Cruz, Jonathan Pereira.
    • 19:40 Head-to-head facts courtesy of Opta: Getafe and Betis have met in five league matches at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez, winning one each and drawing the last three. All of Betis’ league goals at Getafe have come in the second half. All of the Azulones’ wins over Real Betis in the Primera Division have come when they have kept a clean sheet. Neither of these coaches has previously faced either their opposition manager or team in the top flight.
    • 19:35 Betis boss Pepe Mel, meanwhile, is revelling in looking down on the rest of Spain, including giants Barcelona and Real Madrid: "We're a team that manages the game well, that does not lose the ball easily, make quick transitions and that's what people have seen. They say this is a two-team league but some things have happened that nobody expected.
    • 19:30 El Geta boss Luis Garcia Plaza admits his team are desperate for a win now, but that they have been unlucky not to have done so already: "We need the win. Many strange things have happened in these four games: losses in the last minute, many injuries. But I hope to change things on Monday with a victory. We need and deserve it. Right now this is the most difficult match because Betis is the leader and is doing things the best so far. I hope the fans are with us and we can get the first win."
    • 19:25 Newly-promoted Betis are already guaranteed of ending the fifth round of league fixtures at the top of the table, but they can extend that gap over champions Barcelona to four points this evening with a win in the southern Madrid suburb. Their hosts Getafe are stillawaiting their first win of the season. Claiming it tonight would lift them out of the relegation zone. La Liga table
