    • 89' We are into four minutes of time added on.
    • 88' Williams forced to scramble the ball clear from Giggs. United trying to unlock this Swansea defence. Giggs suddenly finding space.
    • 87' Swansea also opt to shuffle their pack with Agustien making way for Etey Shechter.

    • 85' Ball is sent out of play by Cleverley seconds later. Right out of the park for a goalkick to Swansea.
    • 84' Chico flies into a strong challenge to win the ball from Evra, and United will have a corner here.
    • 83' Giggs penalised for a late challenge on Tiendalli after his close control eluded him.
    • 82' Vorm actually touched Carrick's header onto the bar. Fine stuff from him to prevent that from hitting the net. Swansea really under the cosh here.
    • 81' Evra sets up Van Persie, but his shot is blocked before Young sees a drive somehow cleared by Swansea defender Davies on the line. Appeals for handball not given.
    • 80' Carrick nods a header off the bar from Van Persie's corner. So close to a second United goal.
    • 79' Rooney departs the action to be replaced by Ryan Giggs.
    • 78' Rooney smacks a free-kick into the wall as the ball spins wide for a United corner.
    • 77' Van Persie seems to have lost the plot for a second as he collides with Williams. Van Persie complaining he was hit on the head with the ball by the Swansea captain. Van Persie also booked, but United have a free-kick 20 yards out.
    • 76' Jones comes up with a superbly timed tackle to make sure Michu can't inflict any damage.
    • 75' Swansea almost punished for overplaying the ball at the back as Rooney and Young are left frustrated having taken up decent positions.
    • 74' Looks like Ryan Giggs is going to be thrown on for the final 15 minutes of this contest.
    • 73' Van Persie picks out Hernandez with the square ball, but he can't trouble Vorm with the shot, who dives to make a comfortable enough stop.
    • 72' Manchester United have now conceded more Premier League away goals this season (15) than the whole of last season (14) away from home.
    • 71' Luke Moore is going to replace De Guzman for the home side.
    • 70' Rooney has been booked for that challenge as Evans heads clear the De Guzman free-kick.
    • 69' Swansea just been pressed back. Really need to get themselves into the opposition half as Rooney fouls Tiendalli.
    • 68' United enjoying over 70 percent of possession in the last 10 minutes as Van Persie clips the top of the bar with a thrilling volley from a Rooney cross. What a goal that would have been.
    • 67' Michu with a push on the back of Jones. De Gea out to collect the loose ball. United have defended their lines better in this second period.
    • 66' Rooney's shot well blocked again by Williams, who is performing superbly well at the heart of that Swansea defence.
    • 65' Young dashes down the right, but the cross isn't great as the ball races straight out of play on the other side.
    • 64' Hernandez replaces Valencia for United.
    • 63' Changes coming as Ki replaces Britton for the home side.
    • 62' Jones trying to win some space, but he overhits a pass looking for Van Persie.
    • 61' Rooney swings the free-kick over the wall, but it ends up straight down the middle of the goal and into the arms of Vorm.
    • 60' Would be difficult to suggest there won't be more goals in this game with both sides committed to going forward. Chico Flores is booked for a foul on Rooney.
    • 59' Agustien with a superb tackle to halt Cleverley in his tracks.
    • 58' An offside flag goes up against Tiendalli after he mistimed his run forward.
    • 57' Swansea are one of only two Premier League clubs yet to concede a single goal in the 15 minutes immediately after half time this season (46-60th minute) – the other is West Brom.
    • 56' This game starting to rage from end to end as Dyer clips a shot wide from 25 yards out.
    • 55' Williams forced to make a last-ditch sliding block to halt the shot by Young. Rooney and Van Persie finding far too much space.
    • 54' Swansea continue pressing as De Gea blocks a Routledge effort at his near post. Had to be alert to halt that one.
    • 53' Agustien cracks a shot at goal from distance, but De Gea is alert to make the stop low down.
    • 52' Michu tries to get the better of Vidic, who continues to watch him like a hawk. Solid defending by the United skipper.
    • 51' Williams doing really well to hold up Rooney before blocking the shot. Fine piece of defending by the Swansea defender.
    • 50' Van Persie deemed to be guilty of a late shoulder challenge on Williams in the air.
    • 49' Rooney tries to pick out a pass, but can only find a white shirt. Evra then wins it back from Dyer. Plenty of meaty challenges out there.
    • 48' Van Persie going down looking for a foul. Nothing doing. Sir Alex Ferguson is looking increasingly unhappy at the side of the park.
    • 47' United have conceded 25 Premier League goals this season, 12 teams have conceded fewer in the division this season. It is already more than they conceded in the whole of 2007-08 (22) and 2008-09 (24).
    • 46' We are off and running in the second half. United get the party started for this half.
    • 45+1' There goes the whistle for the break! 1-1 at half-time. Not sure Sir Alex Ferguson is overly pleased with United's efforts in the first half.
    • 44' One minute to be added to the first period.
    • 43' Evra picks out Rooney with the cutback. He pulls the trigger, but Vorm reads the shot well to make the stop.
    • 42' Rooney picks out Young, but his cross is gobbled up by Britton. United trying to inject some pace into their play.
    • 41' United trying to rouse themselves as Jones pops a lovely ball across the middle of the Swansea area. No takers on hand to finish.
    • 40' Manchester United were last defeated in the Premier League after scoring the opening goal in March 2011, when they lost 2-1 against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge after taking the lead.
    • 39' De Guzman fouled by Carrick as Swansea knock the ball back to Vorm, who goes long with it. This match very evenly poised.
    • 38' Swansea enjoying themselves here. This passing game is glorious when it works. United being pinned back.
    • 37' De Guzman thumps a shot wide from distance. Swansea up to five shots on goal compared to three from United.
    • 36' Williams manages to hook the ball over his head. Dangerous ball before De Guzman wins the ball from Cleverley. Thumps the shot straight at De Gea. United survive.
    • 35' A corner to Swansea as Carrick is forced to head clear De Guzman's driven corner.
    • 34' Routledge linking well with Dyer, but Evra reads the danger to make the clearance.
    • 33' Michu scores his 13th in the Premier League this season. It is his third Premier League goal against traditional big four teams this season, the equal-most against them along with four other players.
    • 32' The home fans loving this. Best attack of the day, and they are rewarded for their inventiveness. Van Persie whacks a shot well wide at the other end.
    • 31' GOAL! Michu tucks the ball into the net. Simple finish after De Gea had blocked the De Guzman effort. Lovely pass by Routledge to play in De Guzman.
    • 30' United keeping the ball really well. Seem to be winning the second ball which is giving them the room and space to dictate the tempo of the match.
    • 29' Jones is going to be booked here for a crunching late tackle on Davies.
    • 28' Michu comes near post with the header, but ends up knocking it over the bar. Just couldn't generate the direction. Better from the home side.
    • 27' A foul by Agustien on Evra. United seeing as much of the ball as they want to at the moment.
    • 26' Michu not seeing much of the ball. Rooney plays Jones in down the right flank, but his cross drops over the bar. United the dominant force at the moment.
    • 25' For French players this season, Olivier Giroud - four - has scored than Evra - three - in the Premir League. Hatem Ben Arfa has also scored three.
    • 24' Michu is fouled to relieve the pressure on the Swansea defence. Valencia obviously thinks he has the beating of Davies today.
    • 23' Swansea not overly convincing from Van Persie's corner as they struggle to clear the Young volley back into the box.
    • 22' Davies across to make a timely tackle on Valencia and United will have another corner here.
    • 21' De Guzman swings in a free-kick, but Vidic is ideally positioned to clear the ball with his header.
    • 20' Last season in the Premier League, only Joe Hart (17) and Tim Krul (15) kept more clean-sheets than Swansea’s Michel Vorm (14). Brad Friedel also kept 14. Not going to be another one for the keeper today.
    • 19' De Guzman on the run for the home side. Scores with ease, but Michu had been penalised for a foul off the ball on Evans.
    • 18' United have not dropped any points this season when they have taken the lead. Swansea facing a test of character now. Britton was the man on the post, but could not keep it out.
    • 17' GOAL! Evra rises to head into the net from Van Persie's corner. Ball drifts in via a post and United have the lead. 1-0 at the Liberty.
    • 16' Carrick picks out Young, whose shot is brilliantly stopped by Vorm. Fine diving save from eight yards out.
    • 15' Wayne Rooney springs to life himself seconds later. Hammers a shot at goal that is well blocked by Vorm. That effort took a slight deflection.
    • 14' Another probing run by Michu is tracked by Vidic, who does just enough to make sure the shot lacks the pace to trouble De Gea.
    • 13' Carrick bundled to the deck in the middle of the park. United have a free-kick, but Swansea win it back seconds later.
    • 12' Michu caught offside after setting off too early. United collect at the back.
    • 11' This has been a decent start by the home side. Are going about their business with real meaning. Certainly not sitting back.
    • 10' Evra guilty of a late tackle on Dyer. Routledge slips a shot at goal seconds later, but no pace on the ball as De Gea saves.
    • 9' Michu gallops onto the ball over the top by Agustien. Rushes the shot under pressure from Vidic and wallops the shot miles over the bar.
    • 8' Williams rises to meet the ball above the jump of Vorm as it runs safely through to Vorm in the home goal.
    • 7' De Gea comes to collect the corner with some ease. Not the best corner in the world.
    • 6' Dwight Tiendalli again involved down his right flank as he knocks the ball off a red shirt for a corner to the home side.
    • 5' The home fans making some noise. Obviously fancy this as Dwight Tiendalli slides the ball across the face of the United box. Nobody on hand to finish. Brilliant attacking move.
    • 4' Manchester United have gone 20 Premier League matches without a draw, since the 4-4 home draw with Everton in April. This is their equal-longest ever Premier League run without a draw. If they don’t draw today they will equal their all-time top flight 21-match streak set from 1893 to 1894.
    • 3' Swansea keeping the ball with their usual relish. United trying to close down space and upset the rythmn of the home side's passing game.
    • 2' A Dyer cross is headed out by the United defence before Valencia's cross comes off Davies's arm for a corner. Appeals for a penalty. Have seen those given.
    • 1' And off we go then. A cracking atmosphere in what should be an entertaining afternoon.
    • 13:25 We are almost ready to go then. Swansea in all white, United in red.
    • 13:20 Michael Laudrup on Sir Alex Ferguson: "When you go on for that long it must be lifestyle for you, not just a job, but he looks really stron g and really fit. It's incredible how long he has been in charge of Manchester United. Where I have spent most of my career, four or five years is a really long time to be at one club. What Sir Alex Ferguson has done has been incredible — it's unique."
    • 13:15 Swansea have won just one of their last nine league meetings with Manchester United; this coming back in January 1982 at home, thanks to goals from Alan Curtis and Robbie James. Manchester United were the only side to have 50% or more possession against Swansea both home and away last season in the Premier League.
    • 13:10 Sir Alex Ferguson on the return of Vidic: "He's done all his training, and has been very good the last three or four weeks in training. He is a great warrior and hopefully him being back will help us. The situation we are in makes it important to win the next game. We want to be top of the Premier League at New Year. Swansea are a good football team, and today will be an interesting game. Michu has made a fantastic contribution to Swansea."
    • 13:05 There are two changes for both teams then as Michel Vorm takes over from Gerhard Tremmel while Kemy Agustien replaces the former Celtic midfielder Ki Sung-yeung. Vidic and Evans start for United ahead of Rio Ferdinand and Chris Smalling.
    • 13:00 Nemanja Vidic makes his first start for Manchester United since September, but full-back Rafael has been ruled out of Sunday's trip to Swansea. The Brazilian missed Saturday's win over Sunderland with a hamstring injury and has still not recovered. Shinji Kagawa (knee) and Nani (hamstring) are both still sidelined, but Jonny Evans is available after his own hamstring problem and starts the match.
    • 12:55 Swansea goalkeeper Michel Vorm returns from a groin injury. The Dutchman has been out for eight weeks but is set to replace Gerhard Tremmel between the sticks, while Pablo Hernandez returns to the squad after a thigh injury but is on the becnh. Angel Rangel misses out again with the calf problem that kept him out of the defeat at Tottenham with Dwight Tiendalli in from the start at right-back.
    • 12:50 Teams: Swansea: Vorm; Tiendalli, Chico, Williams, Davies; Britton, Augustein, De Guzmán, Dyer, Routledge; Michu////Manchester United: De Gea; Jones Evans Vidic Evra; Cleverley Carrick; Valencia Rooney Young; Van Persie
    • 12:45 Good afternoon and welcome to LIVE coverage of Swansea City against Manchester United from the Liberty Stadium. A 1.30pm kick-off in this one. Teams coming right up for you.
