    • - Don't forget you can watch highlights of this match, along with every Premier League game, from 00:01 on Monday morning (UK only).
    • 90+6' FULL TIME. Nolan's late, late goal denies Sunderland what would have been a hugely fortunate victory.
    • 90+4' Can they win this? It would be a deserved victory given all the chances they have had.
    • 90+3' GOAL! West Ham 1-1 Sunderland! Nolan finally scores and West Ham get the goal they deserve. It's another hooked shot from the midfielder after Sunderland fail to clear.
    • 90+3' We will have four added minutes by the way.
    • 90+2' Campbell is hurt though and must come off. David Meyler replaces him after Campbell makes a slow trek across the pitch, much to the fury of the home supporters.
    • 90+1' Jaaskelainen makes his feelings known and gets a booking for mouthing off at referee Lee Mason.
    • 90' Campbell goes down in pain and West Ham are furious as they don't feel he is really injured.
    • 89' O'Shea - who has been a tower of strength - heads away as West Ham continue to bombard the visitors' goal. I can't quite believe West Ham have a zero next to their name.
    • 87' Again Maiga latches onto a ball into the box but Mignolet grabs possession of the ball as it bounces up to him.
    • 85' Maiga gets his head to a free kick from cannot turn the ball on target. Another aerial assault fizzles out for the home side.
    • 84' Tense times for West Ham now. Time is running out in a game they should have won comfortably.
    • 82' Fletcher nicks the ball away from Reid but the defender pulls him back to earn a yellow card.
    • 79' Sunderland suddenly break though Campbell but his ball out to McClean when two v two is poor. West Ham partially clear and Fletcher picks the ball up before thumping a shot over the bar.
    • 78' Great chance for West Ham! Jarvis with a cross from the left and after it skids off Bramble's head, Benayoun just fails to get a foot to it six yards out.
    • 77' Cole is taken out of the firing line and Maiga comes on in his place.
    • 76' What a chance for Sunderland! McClean gets wide on the left and delivers a sensational cross that finds Vaughan unmarked at the back post. However, he tries to meet the bouncing ball with a diving header and misses it entirely.
    • 75' West Ham hit the bar! Noble with a corner and Collins rises to execute a header that clangs onto the top of the crossbar. Another chance goes begging.
    • 74' Fletcher is down in pain clutching his ankle but West Ham don't put the ball out - they are under no obligation to of course - and the striker eventually clambers to his feet.
    • 72' West Ham have a corner and the ball pops out to Benayoun, who sees a firm drive blocked by the sliding Cattermole. Cries of handball but it looked legitimate.
    • 71' A change for Sunderland as the ineffective Sessegnon is replaced by Fraizer Campbell. England international Fraizer Campbell.
    • 71' Nice from Diame as he plays in Jarvis to the left and a cross for Cole is headed away as the bombardment continues.
    • 70' O'Brien collects the ball 25 yards from goal and thumps in a shot that flies into the chest of Mignolet at the near post.
    • 68' All the pressure continues to come from West Ham. The double change has made them more formidable but still they lack something in attack.
    • 66' Benayoun takes possession of the ball in the box and, when he looks primed for a shot, delays, allowing him to dink in a cross that Mignolet catches.
    • 64' Jarvis curls in a dangerous cross from the left and Rose does well to head away at the back post just as Benayoun sneaks in and prepares to head home.
    • 63' Larsson comes off to be replaced by David Vaughan. That gives Sunderland more presence in the centre.
    • 62' Another chance goes wasted! Noble curls a cross into the box and Cole gets his positioning wrong and his back header goes over the bar.
    • 60' Gardner goes into the box as he brings down Jarvis with an arm across the chest.
    • 59' Gardner drives to the byline to turn a cross into the box but McClean slips just as he moves onto the ball and fails to test Jaaskelainen as a result.
    • 58' Think those changes make a lot of sense. Benayoun can supply some craft in midfield and Jarvis has a hell of a cross on him.
    • 57' Vaz Te and Taylor replaced by Matt Jarvis and Yossi Benayoun.
    • 56' Another chance for West Ham! A ball into the box skims off the head of Cole and Vaz Te can't quite get a shot away as he tries to latch onto the knockdown.
    • 54' Fletcher tries to flick a pass out to the left channel but gets his execution wrong and McClean lets him know he wanted a simple pass to feet.
    • 53' Vaz Te is furious after he nudges Rose in the back and the defender goes to ground to win the free kick.
    • 52' Meanwhile, Danny Rose is receiving treatment after sustaining a facial injury.
    • 51' Sunderland are still strangely flat. They haven't created a lot of chances this season and it's only Fletcher who is banging the goals in for them.
    • 49' Here's Kevin Nolan again but his shot on the turn is blocked and when Taylor follows up he knocks into O'Brien, his team-mate. Slapstick stuff.
    • 48' So can West Ham maintain the pressure they placed on Sunderland? Also, Cole needs to start doing something soon or Modigo Maiga might be coming off the bench.
    • 46' KICK OFF! No changes from either side...
    • 45+2' Another nervy moment from Collins but Sunderland are unable to take advantage and that's half time. Fletcher's goal the difference so far.
    • 45+1' Cole gets his head to a straight free kick from Noble but the ball just loops up nicely into the arms of Mignolet.
    • 45' We will have two added minutes.
    • 44' That was a tremendous stop to deny Nolan a deserved equaliser. West Ham will be incredibly frustrated if they do go into the break a goal down.
    • 43' What a save! Superb from Mignolet as he throws out his left arm to palm away a Nolan scissor-kick following a cross from the right from Vaz Te.
    • 41' West Ham have been the better side by some distance in the past few minutes but still the Sunderland goal goes unbreached.
    • 39' Cattermole and Diame come together again as the midfield battle continues. Diame has been very influential so far.
    • 38' It has been all West Ham for the past 20 minutes or so. Fletcher is the only man supplying quality for Sunderland in an attacking sense at present.
    • 36' Colback, McClean and Cattermole swarm away Diame and the West Ham man wins the free kick. The ball is pumped into the box and when it drops for Nolan from the head of Cole, he attempts a rudimentary overhead kick that goes wide.
    • 35' Stat from Opta: "Sunderland have won none of their last nine Premier League away games (W0 D5 L4)."
    • 34' Diame with the ball in from the right and Cole gets up in front of John O'Shea. However, the ball catches the top of Cole's head and flies off target. He looks frustrated with that.
    • 32' From the corner, Diame heads back across goal and Nolan tries to turn the ball on target with his toe, only to send it spinning away from goal.
    • 31' The ball pops out to Demel following a high ball into the box but Danny Rose throws his body in the way of the shot to block.
    • 29' James McClean is an absolute acres of space after being set free by Fletcher but with two men advancing on his right his attempt at a shot is woeful and curls harmlessly away. What a waste.
    • 28' Noble rolls it off to Nolan and the midfielder strikes the wall with a low effort.
    • 28' A messy challenge from Colback on Diame gives West Ham a free kick in a dangerous area...
    • 27' There's nothing subtle about West Ham's approach here as Diame lifts a ball high into the air for Cole. Bramble is alert to deal with the danger though.
    • 26' Stat from Opta: "Sam Allardyce has a record of three wins and just one defeat in five Premier League matches as a coach against Martin O’Neill."
    • 25' The pressure continues from the home side as Diame skips away from a challenge and 25 yards out slices a shot wide of the post.
    • 24' Huge chance for West Ham! Taylor pings in a deep cross to the back post and Vaz Te meets the ball with a downwards header that hits the turf and rises up over the bar. He really had to score that.
    • 23' Taylor spots Nolan inside the box and curls a pass into the midfielder, who twists sharply and sees a goalbound shot blocked. Mark Noble follows up but fails to hit the target.
    • 22' Fletcher is arriving at the back post to head home from a Larsson cross but this time Collins does his job and heads away.
    • 21' Taylor drifts into a central area but when Cole tries to find him with a pass it has far too much on it and flies well out of the reach of the midfielder.
    • 20' Oof. It is starting to get a bit tasty now. There are tackles flying in around Upton Park with Cattermole crunching into Diame and Fletcher then getting a little nibble from behind.
    • 18' Stat from Opta: "Martin O’Neill has seen his teams enjoy just one win at Upton Park in the Premier League (Aston Villa December 2008) (W1 D2 L5)."
    • 17' Rather embarrassing from Bramble. As he clears the ball, Nolan slides in but doesn't make any contact. Still, the defender leaps into the air and throws himself to ground dramatically. Nolan unimpressed.
    • 16' Cole ambles back on the pitch. Hopefully his head doesn't hurt too much as it will be used quite a lot today by the looks of things.
    • 15' Ouch. Cole gets a nasty one in the side of the head from Mignolet as the Sunderland keeper punches clear. The striker needs treatment and looks a bit groggy.
    • 13' Stat from Opta: "All eight of the goals netted by Sunderland and West Ham in the Premier League this season have been scored in the first half of games."
    • 12' The ball comes back into the box following the second corner but Collins can't get the necessary connection to trouble Mignolet.
    • 11' West Ham look to respond through a corner but Reid can't quite get on the end of Nolan's delivery. Sunderland's clearance is poor though and the Hammers win another corner when a cross is headed behind.
    • 10' West Ham gave the ball away when James Collins produced a horrible pass that hit team-mate Mohamed Diame and deflected into the path of Larsson on the right. An awful piece of defending.
    • 9' GOAL! West Ham 1-0 Sunderland! It's a fourth goal in four shots on target for Fletcher since signing for the club! He controls a gorgeous pass over the top from Larsson, brings the ball down and finishes across Jaaskelainen.
    • 8' It's been a pretty low-key start so far at Upton Park. West Ham are looking to go long to Cole with regularity, but his hold-up play has been a bit mixed so far.
    • 6' Stat from Opta: "West Ham have conceded more fouls than any other team in the top flight this seasons (62)."
    • 5' Titus Bramble thumps into Nolan with a firm tackle. Nice and feisty.
    • 4' Craig Gardner bombs forward from right-back and plays in Colback. The midfielder tries to make headway in the box but Winston Reid deals with him well.
    • 3' Seb Larsson is playing right for Sunderland today with Johnson absent. Colback sits alongside Cattermole, though he will push forward more than his tenacious team-mate.
    • 2' Simon Mignolet is into action early on as he races off his line to boot the ball clear after Guy Demel puts a high ball over the top of the visiting defence.
    • 1' KICK OFF!

    • 14:55 Martin O'Neill: “Sam is a very experienced manager with a tried and tested set of methods that have proven successful for him. When he went to West Ham United and they were in the Championship, you always felt that they were likely then to get out of the division because of his appointment. And now he is back in the Premier League, you have to say that you expect West Ham to stay in this division."
    • 14:50 Sam Allardyce: "Everybody is buzzing about the free-scoring nature of Arsenal yet Sunderland managed to get a 0-0 draw. Then, against Swansea they took the lead twice and knowing Martin as I do he will have felt disappointed not to win the game. I know what to expect from Sunderland having studied those two games and also from knowing Martin and the way he structures his teams. We have to make sure we are capable of breaking them down and ensure that when we create opportunities, we take them."
    • 14:45 This West Ham side doesn't look particularly potent. Carroll is a big miss for them while Cole just doesn't convince at this level. A trio of Nolan, Diame and Noble gives them strength in the centre of midfield but Sunderland have much more craft in the shape of James McClean and Stephane Sessegnon, and more threat in attack in Steven Fletcher. I fancy Sunderland to nick a win here.
    • 14:40 Time for some stats from Opta: "If the Hammers keep a clean sheet they will equal their best run of three home shut outs from the start of a Premier League season. Sunderland have won none of their last nine Premier League away games (W0 D5 L4). Sunderland have averaged five shots per game this season, fewer than any other team in the top flight. Steven Fletcher has scored three goals from three shots on target for the Black Cats."
    • 14:35 Andy Carroll may be back in light training but he isn't quite ready to return to the first XI yet. In his absence, Carlton Cole starts as a lone striker with Ricardo Vaz Te and Matt Taylor playing wide. That means the Hammers are unchanged from the side that drew 0-0 at Norwich last weekend.
    • 14:30 Sunderland are still missing Adam Johnson due to a thigh injury so Jack Colback keeps his place in the team. They make one change from the 1-1 draw against Liverpool last weekend, Titus Bramble replacing Carlos Cuellar, who is out with a hamstring problem.
    • 14:25 TEAMS: West Ham: Jaaskelainen, Demel, Reid, Collins, O'Brien, Noble, Diame, Nolan, Taylor, Vaz Te, Cole. Subs: Henderson, Tomkins, Jarvis, Maiga, McCartney, Benayoun, O'Neil. /// Sunderland: Mignolet, Gardner, Bramble, O'Shea, Rose, Cattermole, Larsson, Colback, McClean, Sessegnon, Fletcher. Subs: Westwood, Kilgallon, Vaughan, Meyler, Wickham, Campbell, Saha.
    • 14:20 Sunderland have drawn all three of their games this season - two of which came against Arsenal and Liverpool. West Ham sit up in eighth place after winning two, drawing one and losing one.
