  • Live Commentary

    • 90+3 And the hosts see the added time out unscathed to open up a 12 point advantage at the top of Serie A.
    • 90' Three minutes of added time.
    • 89' Storari scrambles across to a well-struck Sculli shot and, after patting it down, he claims second time of asking.
    • 87' Quagliarella with an almost immaculate third but his over-head kick drops the wrong side of the post.
    • 85' Sculli wastes a decent spot of possession with a horribly over-hit cross.
    • 84' What had appeared an easy canter to victory looks a tad more complicated here and the bottom side certainly are committing more men forward now.
    • 83' GOOOAL!! WHAT A STRIKE. Cascione picks up the ball and strides forward before unleashing a shot into the top corner to halve the deficit. 1-2.
    • 81' Pescara are deep, very deep now – trying to protect their goal difference but Quagliarella and Matri combine to work some space but Matri pulls his effort wide.
    • 80' Bonucci is hooked for Isla.
    • 79' That’s Vucinic’s last contribution as he is replaced by Matri.
    • 78' GOOOAL!! 2-0. Vucinic is found inside the box by Asamoah, he comes inside his man before curling one past Pelizzoli from inside the box to double his side’s advantage.
    • 76' Pogba steals the ball in midfield, charges forward and produces a double drag back but his effort is poorly hit.
    • 75' Vucinic scores a second but his celebrations are cut short by the assistant referee’s flag.
    • 73' Rizzo is sent off for his part in the penalty. Silly decision to bring the Juve man down as it looked like the ball was getting away from him.
    • 72' GOOOAL. Vucinic steps up and fires powerfully into the bottom corner. Pelizzoli almost go to it. 1-0.
    • 70' Juve have a free-kick on the edge and it is worked short and through to Vidal who is brought down in the box by Rizzo. Penalty.
    • 69' Kroldrup off with Bianchi Arce coming on.
    • 68' Vucinic works some space in the box and works the ball through to Lichtsteiner, whose square ball is read by Pelizzoli with Vidal lurking.
    • 67' Giaccherini plays a corner short to Asamoah but the return ball just dribbles out for a goal-kick. Awful, awful touch as the home faithful begin to show first signs of impatience.
    • 65' Caprari is off with Cascione on in his place.
    • 63' Vidal cuts in from the right to find Giaccherini on the edge but he gets under his effort that is always rising.
    • 63' Modesto gets to a through ball from Vidal with Lichtsteiner almost in – not good enough there, that ball needed better quality.
    • 62' Pescara are led up field by Sculli to offer his defenders some respite from what has been an absolute battering. The first half was one sided but this is incredible.
    • 60' This is now incessant - only a matter to time beofre the hosts open the scoring.
    • 59' Pogba gets to a corner but glances his header wide.
    • 58' Quintero is withdrawn for Bjarnason.
    • 57' Vidal finds Vucinic in behind and the Montenegrin gets the ball out of his feet before drawing another smart save from Pelizzoli.
    • 55' Vidal picks up a ball in midfield and charges forward but his well-struck effort is easily claimed.
    • 54' Lichtsteiner comes inside and fires an effort toward goal with his weaker left but it just dips the wrong side of the post.
    • 53' Quagliarella draws another fantastic save. He latches on to a ball in behind and draws a smart stop from Pelizzoli with an instinctive volley.
    • 51' Giaccherini loses his footing in the box as he looks to work a yard.
    • 50' Oh dear. Vucinic misses quite the sitter. Pelizzoli palms a Asamoah cross out to Vucinic and he contrives to volley wide from no more than 10 yards.
    • 48' Very similar start in Turin - the hosts all over their visitors.
    • 46' Back underway in the second half.
    • 45+2 And that's it from the first half.
    • 45' Zanon is down following a pretty robust challenge from Pogba.
    • 44' Peluso finds Asamoah, who drives forward into space before cutting back to Giaccherini. He takes a touch to steady himself before sending a ferocious drive toward the bottom corner only for Pelizzoli to stick out a hand and send the ball wide of the goal.
    • 42' The league's bottom side have given a decent account of themselves.
    • 40' Juve really building pressure now but Pelizzoli has been in inspired form.
    • 38' Quagliarella almost gets that lead for the home side but again Pelizzoli thwarts the league leaders as he gets down and turns the effort on to the post with the slightest of touches.
    • 36' Lichtsteiner is again in down the right and he gets his head up to find Giaccherini, but, under pressure, he drags his effort wide whilst off-balance.
    • 35' Sculli remains a threat but he could do with some support from midfield as he is crowded out on the edge of the box.
    • 34' Asamoah is back at the other end now as he snuffs out the threat of Caprari on the edge of the box.
    • 33' Vidal meanders forward evading challenges more by luck than judgement before looking to slip the ball to Asamoah. Unfortunately the ball doesn’t have the required weighting on it and the chance has gone.
    • 32' Quagliarella is almost on to a Vucinic cross but Capuano gets there first.
    • 31' As expected Quagliarella is on in the stead of the injured Giovinco.
    • 30' Quagliarella is readying himself to enter the fray.
    • 29' Looks like the little forward has done some damage to his foot and he won’t be able t continue.
    • 27' Giaccherini slips a decent ball in behind to Lichtsteiner, who crosses for Giovinco. The diminutive forward acrobatically attempts to fire on goal but Capuano gets there first and Giovinco catches him. It is the forward who comes off the worst though.
    • 25' Giovinco takes a fraction too long to get his shot off on the edge and Modesto intervenes. The break of the ball falls to Pogba but his shot is skewed horribly wide.
    • 24' Vidal meets an Asamoah cross but that man Pelizzoli is there again to save. He is having some game but his goal will soon be breached.
    • 23' Vucinic burst through the middle of the defence having exchanged passes with Giovinco and – with the ball not fully under his control – draws a save from Pelizzoli just outside the six-yard box.
    • 22' Lichtsteiner remains a constant threat from wide – his cross this time causes all sorts of problems in the Pescara defence following a half-clearance. Eventually they hack clear.
    • 20' Sforzini wastes a pretty decent, concerted period of pressure by lifting a ball to the back post with no colleague within 10 or 20 yards of the ball – must do better there.
    • 19' The visitors are playing well enough when in possession but they look incredibly porous at the back. Pelizzoli has been tested from long and close range with very little protection.
    • 17' Lichtsteiner is down following a pretty innocuous looking challenge from Sculli.
    • 16' Giaccherini wins the ball in midfield and finds Giovinco who exchanges passes with Vucinic and skips a pretty abject challenge inside the box before seeing his toe-poked effort saved.
    • 15' Pogba has been tremendous thus far. He probes in midfield, picks passes and then makes perfectly timed runs. He is an exceptional player.
    • 14' Consistent pressure now from the hosts here.
    • 13' Pogba has another shot from distance but it is always whistling wide.
    • 12' Lichtsteiner exchanges passes with Vucinic before making his way into the box and cutting the ball back for Giaccherini whose wonderfully-controlled volley is beaten away by Pelizzoli.
    • 10' Asamoah gets up a head of steam and flies past three flailing challenges down the left but his cross is deflected and then cleared.
    • 9' Pescara have lost 12 of 14 matches in 2013, picking up only four points along the way.
    • 8' Vucinic this time draws aim from distance but, while his effort has more control to it than that of Pogba’s, it is always rising.
    • 7' Pogba has a shot from distance but it is wild.
    • 6' Pescara have their first foray forward - Sculli runs down a blind alley though and his cross is easily cut out.
    • 4' Asamoah just can’t get to a quick switch of play and that has summed up a start to the game that has lacked any fluency. Big changes to the reigning champions’ side.
    • 2' Pogba meanders through midfield before giving up the ball pretty aimlessly.
    • 1' Decent start from the home side who will want to put their Champions League disappointment behind them.
    • 16:55 Five minutes away from kick-off in Turin where a win for Juve will almost certainly put the Scudetto within touching distance.
    • 16:50 The 2-1 Derby d’Italia victory away at Inter retained Juve’s nine point advantage with eight matches remaining while Pescara are rooted to the foot of the table following yet another defeat last weekend at Parma.
    • 16:45 Vladimir Weiss, Luciano Zauri, Antonio Balzano, Ante Vukusic and Gaetano D’Agostino are all injured for the visiting side, who are rooted to the bottom of the table.
    • 16:40 Giorgio Chiellini and Andrea Barzagli are suspended joining Martin Caceres and long-term absentees Simone Pepe and Nicklas Bendtner on the sidelines. Mirko Vucinic partners Sebastian Giovinco but Gigi Buffon is suffering from flu symptoms and sits on the bench with Marco Storari starting.
    • 16:35 TEAMS: Juventus: Storari, Bonucci, Marrone, Peluso, Lichtsteiner, Vidal, Pogba, Giaccherini, Asamoah, Vucinic, Giovinco.
