We’ve had cleaner Injury Reports to deal with, we’ve had worse. Time for the Saturday walk-through.

• Sterling Shepard (illness) was added to the injury report at the last moment. He’s listed as questionable. Generally you expect someone to play through an illness tag, but we’ll double-check Shepard on Sunday. Although the Chiefs are heavy favorites, Shepard and Evan Engram look like solid plays on the other side.

• Leonard Fournette (ankle) had limited practice Wednesday and Thursday before sitting Friday completely. He’ll be a game-day call for Week 11s match at Cleveland.

• With Allen Hurns (ankle) out, the Jaguars need Dede Westbrook as much as ever. Westbrook (abdomen) came off injured reserve this week, but it’s hard to trust him without a show-me game first. Keelan Cole will also be in the mix, opposite Marqise Lee. The forecast at Cleveland calls for weather in the high 30s, with a chance of snow showers.

• The Cowboys took Dez Bryant (knee) off the injury report, so he’s all systems go for the Sunday night showdown against Philadelphia. The Pokes will be without LT Tyron Smith for another week, however.

• Jordan Reed (hamstring) is out another week, and Terrell Pryor (ankle) has also been scratched. Ryan Grant landed in the concussion protocol this week and is not guaranteed to play. With Reed out of action, Vernon Davis makes sense in all fantasy formats.

• Drew Stanton (knee) might be able to dress as the No. 2 quarterback, but Blaine Gabbert is set to start for the Cardinals either way.

• Aaron Jones (knee) is out indefinitely and Ty Montgomery (ribs) won’t play this week, setting up Jamaal Williams to start against Baltimore. RT Bryan Buluga (knee) is out.

• Jameis Winston (shoulder) didn’t do any work this week, so get ready for more Ryan Fitzpatrick at Miami.

• Kenny Stills (back) missed Friday’s practice after a partial workout Thursday. He’s questionable.

• Zach Ertz (hamstring) was cleared from the injury report, so dial him up as usual.

• Brandon LaFell (knee) had a full workout Friday, though the Bengals nonetheless list him questionable for Sunday’s game at Denver.

• With Devonta Freeman (concussion) out of the mix, Tevin Coleman will start Monday for the Falcons.

• Mike Tolbert (hamstring) won’t play at the Chargers, which could push a little extra work to LeSean McCoy. Charles Clay (knee) and Jordan Matthews (knee) are expected to play through questionable tags.

• Will Fuller (ribs) won’t play Sunday and is droppable in most fantasy formats. Bruce Ellington has been utilized liberally the last two weeks (16 targets) and deserves a look in deeper formats.

• Philip Rivers was cleared through the concussion protocol and will start against Buffalo. Nathan Peterman is the QB on the other side, stepping in for the benched Tyrod Taylor.

• Danny Woodhead (hamstring) was activated on injured reserve, and should have a notable role at Green Bay. Alex Collins remains the running preference on first and second down, but Woodhead should push past Buck Allen eventually — perhaps as soon as this week.

• A.J. Derby (shoulder) isn’t simply out for Week 11; the Broncos placed him on waivers. Virgin Green — not a fantasy prospect — steps into a starting role.

• Although Alshon Jeffery (ankle) is listed as questionable, he had a clean practice Friday.

• Martellus Bennett (shoulder/hamstring) had a limited week of practice and is questionable for the Mexico game against Oakland. Danny Amendola (knee) is also questionable, while Chris Hogan (shoulder) remains week-to-week.

• Safety Cam Chancellor (neck) is out for the year, joining Richard Sherman (Achilles) on the Seahawks injury list. C.J. Prosise (ankle) is out indefinitely.
