Fifa set to change rules on third party agreements
I'd doubt this would impact Man U in a bad way. Any changes in FIFA rules could not be retroactive, otherwise they'd conflict with legal agreements already in place, and sanctioned by the FA and by default FIFA. Most likely once the loan term is over (or before if mutually agreed) the player would be up for sale. I asume Man U would have the first buying rights, but he may also be available on the open market depending on how the current deal is structured. At that point Kia is out of the picture, other than being a regular agent. Same would be true for both Mascherano at Liverpool as well as Tevez at Man U.
