Bit of a silly post I think, If your now looking for bragging rights based on who sang a song first, you've really sunk to the very bottom
I know, and most Liverpool fans know that the song was not first sung on the Kop. Those bragging rights below to Broadway (That's in New York for those Mancs who don't get out much!).
But the song means something to Reds, it means something to the fans and it means something to the players when they hear it sung. Keegan used to say he often would have trouble not crying at the end of the games when the Kop began to sing.
Does it mean anything to the Man U fans? Would it mean anything to the players if it was sung today at OT?
If all your looking for is bragging rights on who sung a song then fine, but enough said on who's song it is.

If it floats your boat to be able to say a song that means absolutly nothing to Man U fans happened to have been sung one time at OT before it became an anthem for the Kop, then I guess your pretty cool! Just goes to show you what passes for cool for a Manc.
