    • Good point John. We all know that there were some survivors who came out of Munich better than others and that the families of the dead weren't looked after as well as they should have been, but I wouldn't say we've ever made a profit out of them.

I remember when the Superman film came out and it was revealed that the creators of the character had only ever received a paltry sum $130 for the character's rights, although the character had made millions for Warner. In light of this and to save face Warners finally gave them the decent pension that they deserved. I don't think the same thing applies to the forgotten survivors of Munich, but it'd be nice to see United finally do right by those left behind by the crash, but unfortunately with the "profits at any cost" Glazer regime, it's pretty unlikely.

    • So now you switch sides you cunt!

When it was first announced you claimed they had no right forcing you to have a minute's silence for something that happened 50 years ago and had nothing to do with your team.

What's the nearest shop to the Emiratyes?

You don't know because you've never been there.

      • Don't get me wrong Jock, I've always maintained that what's best for the dead comes first. The sticking point in my argument is hwy have a minute silence when some hooligans will hijack the event and ruin it on the day, instead of talking about paying respect and celebrating the lives of the dead players attention will then be shift to the hooligans if they managed to ruin it as it's most likely on this occasion.

I hope the majority of pundits who also predicted that the event will be hijacked are all wrong. I'm surely for paying due respect for the dead.

I've dealt with your Emirates rants, lets move on.......NEXT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Jocksy!

      • I think it is a great Idea.

Then once we have honoured their memory of those that died and even those that survived United can now let those dead rest in piece. Be honest they have done fu ck all for the survivours and family of the dead sice this tragic accident.

Now that they can stop making money out of this tragic accident.
