    Good Morning! Episode 2

First off, I would like to say thank you for your positive remarks to the first episode. Let's begin shall we

    Arsenal: Liverpool 4-2 Arsenal

Last night, Arsenal was knocked out of the UCL. You may ask how this affects United but it does. The Gunners were denied a penalty in the first leg and conceded a mild one yesternight. Wenger and his men would now have extra motivation and extra drive to beat Utd on Sunday. So don't think Arsenal have become weak. They might become more dangerous since there is no UCL distraction.

    UCL: Home vs AS Roma

Wow, the last Utd - Roma match this season. Its destined to be a cracker despite we have 2 away goals.

United will be confident of setting up a semi-final meeting with Barcelona after the Red Devils beat Roma 2-0 away in the first leg, while Barca were simultaneously winning 1-0 away to Schalke last week.

In Roma's case, they visit Old Trafford again one day short of a year since they were thumped 7-1 by United at the same stage of last season's competition. Then they went into that ultimately traumatic game in Manchester with the advantage of a 2-1 lead from the first game in Rome. The Giallorossi have no such cushion this time - though it did them precious little good in April 2007.

United are a unbeaten in nine Champions League matches overall (home and away), since losing 3-0 at AC Milan in last May's semi-final second leg. Ferguson's side are one of two unbeaten teams in this season's Champions League, along with Barcelona. As for Roma, they are unbeaten in three Champions League away matches.

Player to watch: Utd: Wayne Rooney: Has scored 3 times in the last four meetings.

Player to watch: Roma: Daniele De Rossi
Particularly in the absence of Totti, Daniele De Rossi will expected to provide inspiration for Roma from midfield

Prediction: What do you all think the scoreline would be?

    I'm thinking:
    Man Utd 2-1 Roma

Well its not going to be easy especially if Rio ain't back but I think that we will have extra motivation from what happened at the weekend.

Rio Ferdinand: Fergie thinks the England Captain would make tonights game after a succesful training session yesterday. Thank goodnes!

Immediately after the game, I would post the reaction and player ratings to the match!

Give United you full support and let's crush Roma one more time. Peace out!

    • 3 - 1 to Roma.

Man U will be complacent and get stung twice before half time.

Roma will score a third early in the second half and Man U will get one back in the last 10 minutes.

    • Spot on Chris.

Facts prove that Rooney is more valuable to us than Ronny seeing as every game we have lost has seen El Pele Blanco absent !

I am not overly concerned by Roma or small club, or even the Kings road chavs for that matter.

I think we will roll out EPL winners relatively comfortably (on the assumption that Rio and Vida are both ok) as for Sundays game and the Chavs one, they have to beat us so The United Sprint Relay Team will tear them a new one.

We are significantly better than Barcelona and everyone saw what we did to Liverpool, even before Mascherano lost his head. Dipper fans can bang on all they like about the Fat Zorro and Europe but fact is, we are just plain better than them.

The only thing in the dippers favour is that the final is a one-off and the sun even shines on a dogs @rse so they could get lucky like small club did in the FA Cup final a few years back.

Well pleased to see Whinger exposed as the blind optimist (oh the Irony) and after Sunday he will be booking the end of season Dinner, potless again.

    • Yeah Roma beat Madrid, but we are alot better than Madrid.

Everytime we come up against good opposition people concentrate on them, it was the same with Liverpool recently, everyone said here we'd probably do no better than a draw, maybe lose, and we THRASHED them.

Roma have no Totti, who they rely upon so much, they have to attack us at our own ground, leaving themselves exposed on the counter, It couldn't be any more suited to us.

If anyone gets rested it should be Ronaldo, he's the one who looks tired, Rooney is flying at the moment, and without Ronaldo the likes of Rooney and co have given more than a couple of teams a good hiding. I know he's important to us, but we can still win without him, people need to remember that.

    • Roma beat Real Madrid! Don't forget that! They are more than capable of repeating the feat! We haven't qualified yet! We cannot take them from granted. They can still qualify. This is not like the dead-rubber match earlier in the group stages. Roma want to qualify. Rooney can be rested but not Ronaldo. He needs to play. He needs to supply the team with goals when we need them. He can rest against Blackburn because Nani would be back by then (he's still injured)

    • Morning Mate.

I'm actually thinking Utd to win 3-1.

With the game against The Arse on Sunday i think we should put Rio (if Fit) on the bench tonight and go with the back four i sugested yesterday we can always bring him on for a run out last 20mins if needed.that will make sure he is fit for sunday. Pique should Defo start and should start on sunday as well.

All in all i think the start of tonights game will be a cracker with Roma going all guns blazing but the memories of last year and hopefully the atmostsphere at OT booming will wear them down then Rooney to bag the opener.

Quite tierd this morning so if this reply makes no sense sorry.

Also still feel a bit dirty after cheering Liverpool last night couldn't decide who i wanted to lose more so i sided with my old fella( Who claims to be a scouser although moved away at a very young age) still always good for a laugh seeing Wenger lose.
