    It's time to be realistic.

I am always fed up with the idiots who are commentating, a player shoots and it's not on target, or near the target and they say 'good effort'.
Sod off, good effort, these players do no other work at all, they only play and practice football, if pub football player did that you may say 'good effort', but not someone who is paid so much money to be able to hit the target.
It's the same in many schools, a student gets the answer wrong and is then given enough chances to get it right, we are scared of saying 'not good enough', but not everyone is supposed to get high marks, someone has to sweep the streets and deal with the rubbish, so why does everyone need to go to University. And football players need to know that needing 10 shots to get one on target is really not good enough, 9 out of 10 shots should at least be on target for the money they are paid.
