is a liability!
A very lucky man to get away with not conceding a penalty and getting himself sent off. That's 2 out 3 appearances in the league he's been lucky to stay on the pitch. He hasn't got the legs for this anymore and should have retired last summer. Bring Fabio on.
Agreed Steve. He is poor overall. I wonder what happened to Rafel. Is he injured? Neville is having a hard time marking the pacy forwards of WestBrom. If SAF doesn't do something i can see another goal coming off the right-back. It's again another frustrating weekend. Mid-field playing Sh@@! again. both Carick and Flecther been giving the ball away too often. Why put Obertan on the right if you have natural pacy players who can play there like Bebe and even Chicharito if puch come to shove? we are very lucky to still be 1 - 1 at half-time. I am certainly crossing my fingers and bracing myself for the second half. Unless we put in players in their natural positions, i can see yet another away draw, or worst still, our first defeat.

Along with west brom`s passing Neville is the main reason why utd are having so many problems at the back. Everytime he gets forward and west brom win the ball he hasn`t got the pace to get back and that`s leaving a huge gap for west brom to exploit. Lets hope SAF takes him off at halftime.
Rafael will just be rested like VDS. When you've got 4 games in 10 days, it's unlikely Fergie would want anyone to be playing in all 4 matches. Obertan has to be given a chance. His passing has been sloppy, but he's had a couple of decent runs. Lucky to be level, got to give credit to WBA for that, they've played very well.
does it matter steve? neville has played long enough for utd to know most refs havent got the bottle to send off or give a pen against utd.
if that had been rooney at the other end, hoy wouldnt have hesistated sending of the wba player & giving utd a pen.
u can end hoy to the list of utd bottlers.
its getting very long!
Thing is steve, why are the referees not doing their job?
I can't see any Arsenal /Liverpool /Chelsea player getting away with such murder on a regular basis just like Man U's, does a different rule apply to Man U? Thing is this is NOT the first time.

If you weren't so pathetic Deeprick, you'd be a tragedy. I'll quote you though " If the ref says it's a penalty, it's a penalty" after Arseandall were given a very dubious penalty, and who can forget Pires ?
yes thomas handled for a clear pen to utd BUT that was what, an hour after utd should have been down to 10 men so what happened after would have been diff.
id happily take a pen & red card against spurs not being given around the 25min mark & in return not have a pen given for spurs towards the end of the game.
Sssshhhhhhhh, you`re not suppose to think of that, or to ask if the ref was on utd`s side why did he give a penalty to west brom in the second half. Or for that matter if refs are on utd`s side why was birmingham`s goal allowed to stand? Its funny how when people try to claim that the big teams always get the decisions they ignore the mistakes officials make that deny them points. Yes utd were lucky today but they were unlucky against birmingham.
again u are missing my point.
if the ref had sent neville off & giving the pen then it would have been a completley diff game.
u cant then use incidents that happened an hr later to excuse it.
i dont know how else i can explain it. if neville had been sent off then the handball incident would never had happened etc.
who knows what would have happened. but the fact is a pen & an extra man for over an hr is an advantage.
tlisten to your arguments.
1- brum decision.
yes that was bad but overall u get many more bad decisions in your favour.
2- we should have had a pen an hr later even thou we would have had a man less. the game would have continued the same if u had 10men instead of the 11.
3- well if the ref is biased why didnt he give us the handball.
for a ref to be biased it doesnt mean he has to give u every big decision.
ask any football fan in the world,
would u rather a pen & red card in the 25th min wrongly not giving against u, as well as a pen in the 80th min wrongly not given for u.
a pen & red card in the 25min rightly given against u, as well as a pen in the 80th min rightly given for u?
all football things would rather option number 1 of course.
that is a much bigger advantage.
in the end, the ref gave u option 1 which shows he made a biased decision.
when i say i biased i dont mind he is a utd fan etc.
i just mean he is another bottler who couldnt find the guts to send off & give a pen against 1 of the biggest clubs in the world.
birmingham today. RVP dived for the free kick they scored from & then handballed it in the area for a obvious pen to brum but not given.
of the course of a season its pretty clear the bigger u are the more decisions u will get in your favour.
its human nature for refs to behave & make judgements like that.
they arent neautral robots who dont feel pressure.
