To me Giggs had the right to keep this from coming out, its got nothing to to with his job, and is nothing to do with the public, the scummy papers just want to tear people down and put sleeze in their papers all the time for the idiots to read and enjoy.
The MP who named Giggs should be charged and thrown out he used an old privalage in the wrong way to big up his own name.
Giggs has never stood up and claimed he is a fantastic moral role man, talked about family morals, so it was not in the public interest.
Agree with Clive.
Giggs has never been somebody to publicly big himself up, on or off the field.
Nobody yet knows why Giggs decided to go down the s-i route in the first place. Had he not have done that, things might be different at the moment.
The Sun have been to the high Court twice this week to try to get the ruling overturned, but hopefully the judge is a Utd fan until at least Monday.

I think privacy for yourself and your family to do legal things is a fundamental right and should not be abused by the hypocritical media or self-serving Parliamentarians mis-using their powers.
What is "of interest to the public" and what is interesting to the public are different.
