villa ´til i die
Surely Ireland could have stood his ground in the Milner deal,
but big wages is big wages. Who can honestly blame him?
If you were offered obscene money to do a job you did not like would you really turn it down?
Or was his agent seeing many many pound notes flashing before his eyes?
Lets be really honest here, Villa never wanted to sell Milner, Ireland never wanted to come to Villa, but it happened. Who's fault is it? I would say Villa's for signing a player who made no secret of his desire to stay where he was.
I thought he was a good player. But I have been known to be wrong on the very odd occasion.
