With Pearce, Austin, Brown, et al, out, and no money even for loan players, things look bad for Leeds. After a run of dismal performances culminating in an embarrassing 1-6 thrashing at home by Watford, the Whites have to face a rampant Millwall at the Lions’ Den on Sunday. Most pundits are predicting another defeat for Leeds, and the Wallies will certainly be expecting to gloat about an easy victory over their perceived enemy…
Against the run of form (ever the optimist!), I see Leeds getting a result – if Neil uses the players he has to their best effect.
Neil will need a strong back four (not three!) with players in their right positions – i.e. Peltier at RB, Dury at LB, and Lees in the middle along-side Kisnorbo (the forgotten defensive stalwart whose form has been good in the Development team) standing in for Pearce.
Reverting to Neil’s favoured 4-2-3-1 formation; Tonge and Norris are capable of both protecting the back four and switching play into attack.
With Diouf at the centre of an attacking midfield, flanked by Byram and Hall, Leeds should have enough guile, skill, and pace to supply Becchio and hurt Millwall on the counter.
Against the odds, Millwall 1-2 Leeds!
We, the fans, will always be Leeds but the same can't be said of Bates and Warnock; it would seem that they march to a different drum - unless Warnock spills the beans about Bates it is a fair assumption that they are in it together.
What can one say, I feel the depression amongst you Leeds lads and the thought of another wasted season. Warnock obviously isn't the answer. He says plenty in front of the cameras etc, but I'd like to be a fly on the wall with him, Bates and his cronies behind 4 walls.

I'm having trouble posting as Yahoo keeps throwing me out.
Tough one today which I can't see us winning unless Colin can get them motivated, which may be difficult as his recent interviews reveal a very disgruntled manager.
2-0 to the home team I'm afraid, but I will be praying I am wrong.
