I'm just copying and pasting what I've said elsewhere because this seems to be the better thread for it:
I don't know what I think now... I've said from the off that I've not been convinced Ramos was right for the club but we need to keep him as we need to keep the continuity, but now I'm starting to question that. The tactics for yest should have been obvious - for a team like Stoke I think we're all agreed that Hudd and O'Hara should be natural starting XI selections, but that's not how he does it. What now? I'm loathe to make yet another change because I think if we do things will get worse before better, but there are obvious mistakes that need to be rectified.
What I wonder about is the roles of Poyet and Ramos - it very much seems that Gus is the coach and Ramos the grand overseer. In which case, perhaps changing Gus might get us more a immediate response?
On the upside, I'm convinced we're going to make it through the UEFA group stages, obviously it'll be Hamburg who knock us out.
