I just started to respond to the 'what else has he got' point, but it was a massive paragraph of rambling, so here's the bullet version. He's got:
*good distribution *a keen eye for space *he's good at reading the game and predicting movement *he closes players down fast - if not tackling as regularly/accurately as players like Palacios then at least forcing the opposition into tight corners and risky moves *he's fast (perhaps not a fast as Lennon but still speedy) *his style of play is confident despite some pretty big set backs (e.g. the pen miss), which we don't have much of in the team, *he's willing to take his time over possession, which is something that sometimes causes problems at times, but he's still learning, *And he's still incredibly young (22) without regular first team action PL at any point in his career: he's going to get better and I want it to be at Spurs.
You're right to point out that we need balance in the side because it should be a team, not just a bunch of individuals, but I think he adds many things which we don't really see in the rest of the squad, and for that reason he should stay.
