Just happened to glance ahead at the fixtures for April...
@ Manchester United
It'd be nice to take some points from the later 3 teams there too. It is good that 2 of them are at home. Hopefully between now and April, we can put a little distance between us and Man City, Liverpool, and Villa.
I would guess 3 points from Sunderland. I would think 4 points from the other 3 games would be good. Chelsea seems to be falling off a bit. United has been crazy, Rooney is on ridiculous form, not a United fan at all, but have to admire that guy... good for England as well
Any predictions or thoughts?
I welcome the Man City game as it is a 6 pointer and possibly our passport to 4th spot if we win it. Could work against us of course and I would rather it was at home, but this one game could earn us three points and cause them to drop three.
If it proves to be a decider and we lose, we will all reflect on the silly points dropped, but if we win..........................
....from the Everton Game thread:
What do you think for the remaining fixtures?
13 Mar, 12:45 Tottenham Hotspur v Blackburn Rovers Premier League
Win - 52 points
20 Mar, 15:00 Stoke City v Tottenham Hotspur Premier League
Draw - 53 points
27 Mar, 15:00 Tottenham Hotspur v Portsmouth Premier League
Win - 56 points
3 Apr, 15:00 Sunderland v Tottenham Hotspur Premier League
Draw - 57 points
10 Apr, 12:45 Tottenham Hotspur v Arsenal Premier League
Draw - 58 points
17 Apr, 17:30 Tottenham Hotspur v Chelsea Premier League
Draw - 59 Points
25 Apr, 14:00 Manchester United v Tottenham Hotspur
Loss - 59 points
1 May, Tottenham Hotspur v Bolton Wanderers Premier League
Win - 62 points
9 May, Burnley v Tottenham Hotspur Premier League
Win - 65 points
What will 65 points give us?
Last season Woolwich got 4th with 72 and Everton trailing 10 points behind in 5th with 63.
April has been mentioned many times on this thread over the past few months, for me personally i dont think it a bad thing that we play the top 3 teams week after week, if we maintain our momentum and keep doing the business it could be the top sides that are worried about us, we only seem to role over for the lower teams for some reason, but i have been reasonably confident that we can do something this year and for us there will never be a better time to prove it.
We still have an outside chance that Lennon will be back but destiny is in our own hands we have just got to let the games before that count.

Those three games will go a long way towards telling everybody how ready Spurs are to break into the top bunch - or not.
Obviously I will have everything - fingers, toes, arms and legs - crossed when those matches come along. Luckily Mrs Sfer is not a Spurs fan so her legs will not be crossed!!
Crude I know but there we are.....
