    Is Harry Stupid!?

hello and welcome denise i can understand your point i think arry should have taken the short term option and maybe tried to loan Daniel Sturridge from chelsea till the end of the season.

I also think Gomes is improving if it hadn't been for him and some good saves we would have lost to Fulham 10-0 bringing in Shay Given would be pointless when you consider we have Stipe Pletikosa and Carlo Cudicini.

I have said it before we need a clearout at the end of the season and if i was arry i would let these players go

I would love to see these players come in

    Adam Johnson
    Charlie Adam
    Ahmed Elmohamady
    Giuseppe Rossi
    Lassana Diarra

as for champs league again next year i think we need to forget about fourth spot this year it simply is not going to happen but who knows what might happen in the champs league after all we all know what the year ends in.

    • Does that balance t with the requirements of 'Home Grown players in the 25 man squad? http://www.premierleague.com/page/Headlines/0,,12306~2094341,00.html

    • Big shout there BY. The only one I would query is Defoe as he will get goals if he has the right partner. Other than that I would not be crying if everything you said came true.

Interestingly though you have got rid of one CB and not brought in any others and that position is becoming as much of a problem as the striker option is.

      • whoops sorry sfer just realised that too i would agree with layla in Jagielka or Hangeland or both.
All im really saying is we need to swing the axe in the summer and spend on bringing in top quality players its the only way we will keep players like bale/modric/vdv/dawson the core of the team.

      • GET RID OF

keane- lost what he once had
        bentley- limited & inconsistant
bassong- average mid table player, not developed further
corluka- not good enough & 2 slow for a RB
gallas- thanks for the handy stop gap but 2 old & injury prone 2 keep
pav- not consistant enough & 2 lightweight for the prem
sandro- harsh as not had many chances but not really what we need
jenas- improves a bit but then goes back to being very average so time to move on.
naughton- just dont think he will be good enough for us. & i prefer walker to be our future RB.

o hara- i can take or leave. he would be a handy squad player but not good enough to be in our best 11. so let him decide if he is happy being a squad player.

woodgate- if we get him fit he is a top CB & would only be 2nd to king in terms of quality BUT doesnt look like he will ever stay fit for very long.

king- amazing player & he has does manager to play 25 games a yr he would be very handy to keep BUT looks like its never going to happen sadly.

dos santos- still rate him & actually would rather we kept him. he is a creative player & gives us something about different.

niko- still a good player & would rather we kept but like ohara, if he wants 1st team football then he has to go as he is not good enough to be in our best 11.

khumalo- needs to be given a chance. but realistically a unproven south african CB is not worth getting your hopes 2 high on. but he could be another samba which would be good to have but i worry that he will be slow & caught out of position too much. but iv hardly seen him so what do i know!

townsend- looked very average at ipswich but did well against charlton. see how he does for watford but personally i dont think he will make it at spurs.

gomes- good. cudicini- good bk up

dawson- needs the right partner who has pace & can cover for him because then he is a good CB. good in the air, good blocks & good team player. but with the wrong partner he is dodgy!
        so worth keeping.

kaboul- decent CB & has improved. not 1 of the best around but he would be a good bk up & can also play at RB or DM if needed which makes him a good utility player.

Walker- looks good. young & english 2. making of a solid RB for yrs to come.
hutton- has improved a lot & is fairly solid & handy going foward. not great but not bad.

ekotto- very hit & miss. can be great or awful. worth keeping thou.

bale, VdV, modric- top players! sadly 1,2 or even all 3 may go when we dont get 4th.

lennon- under rated.been a lot more consistant this season & always a threat.

pienaar- decent versatile attackin midfielder. decent to have in the squad but shouldnt be in our best 11.

hudd- great passer. still worries me as he is so slow & unmobile for a CM. keep as 3rd choice CM.

wilson- off form this season but id like to give him nxt season to prove himself, if he doesnt improve then sell him. last chance.

defoe- good striker & goal poacher. has quiet times but so are all goal poachers.

crouch- gives us something about different & id have him as our 3rd or 4th choice striker. u need 4 strikers for a long season.
