Well thats a start - at least now you are admitting to "feeling" that games at the end of the season are more important than at the start. But how can "feelings" be an illusion?? You either feel it or you don't.
Those very same "feelings" are mirrored by not so important "feelings" about an early season game i.e. not as much feeling is being felt. That, in my book, makes the end of season games (IF we are in contention to get some real reward anyway) means those more important.
As I said before, I totally get the argument that 3pts is 3pts regardless of which game it is and that cannot be argued with but you have now admitted that games at the end of the season (such as the Villa game) provoke a more intense feeling which, you must surely agree, can be regarded as more "important".
You don't have to reply John. Admitting that feelings cloud some black & white attitudes is enough.
