What you say about width is true, and without Cesc's laser guided passes, we'd have nothing much to offer going forward. But, lest we forget, the three/four players who might give us that additional width and/or attacking option going forward are all crocked - Walcott Rosicky Nasri Eduardo Walcott will be back in Feb, Eduardo in the New Year, and Nasri perhaps next weekend. Rosicky is the one I'm truly worried about - he hasn't kicked a ball in nearly a year, and shows no sign of being close to a return. Apart from the rustiness he will have - you have to ask yourself, will he ever be the same player again, or indeed will he ever play again. I think AW went into this season thinking that he could count on Rosicky. He bought him for a reason, and he does give us that something extra going forward. I don't think he can count on him any longer, so the cheque book should be out in January, with an eye to an experienced replacement.
