    I think that was the problem over the hill wood is stony broke Fizman at the moment is selling his shares to kronke so who was going to buy them it seems to me the rights issue was a smoke screen for the Russian to take over by the back door
    and to be honest I am not so sure it would have been best
    I am not in favor of one all powerful owner after watching what Ashley has done to Newcastle neither I think should any football fan be. I think a club needs its shares spread around a bit with no 1 or 2 persons with overall control
    many people may feel this an lead to inertia but better that than a couple of mad sods with a win now pay later attitude (Leeds United) look at what happened to them chasing the holy grail of European football
